Location was excellent, clean room, very comfortable mattress, so we had a good relaxing sleep , breakfast was of excellent quality. Friendly attentive staff.

The staff, the students are exceptionally friendly and caring. Very helpful. I needed to send my car key with UPS and they helped, even gave me an envelope. It’s absolutely clean and very comfortable. The bedroom was spacious.

I recommend to have more options at the breakfast for people with allergies and intolerance. I cannot eat gluten and dairy and I found myself very limited, in Scandinavia they have a corner with products available and it’s very appreciated. Plant based milk, gluten free bread, some vegan cheese cream, vegan yogurt for example.

Perfect location the bus stop in front of the hotel and there are 3 bus lines pass at this stop so no need to plan the time to catch the bus, waiting time is no longer than 7 minutes. The staffs were really nice. The view is beautiful. walking to the center is about 5 minutes. Breakfast is great.

The laundry is free which is great but there are 3 machines and only one was actually working.

Beautful hotel, super friendly staff and great service all around. My room was very hot but they kindly offered a fan which helped. Great location and beautiful grounds with outdoor seating.

The room was small and faced the street side so heard traffic constantly even though its a relatively small town.

Overall a great experience, beautiful lodge located close to the slopes. Beautiful restaurant/bar/lounging area perfect for apres ski, dining and for breakfast Very family friendly Clean and functional rooms Nice and welcoming service from a team of hospitality students

Very convenient location in Villars. Good size of room with bunk bed and bathroom. Large and tasty breakfast buffet. Good restaurant. Friendly staff.

The room was unfortunately just next to the kitchen ventilation outside. We had to wait for the kitchen to close to get some fresh air into the room.

loved the breakfast, coissants and cheeses and the youth liked the delicious cheese burgers for dinner ! The Roesti were also excellent !

the intenet /connectiivity in my room was unstable ( room 103 left room of the appartment)
