Spacious and clean room, comfortable bed, convenient shower, central location.

We were requested to send pictures or scans of our IDs or passports over e-mail, in order to receive the access code to the building and to the apartment. It is highly risky nowadays - hence unacceptable! - having to send copies of such sensitive documents over e-mail as this could expose you to data hacking. Any serious company should definitely provide its customers with a secure solution for transmitting this type of document.

Our room was very spacious and the window opens. The bed was comfortable but only 1 pillow each. There is a fridge and micro in the room. Bathroom is nice. The bonus is the huge downstairs kitchen fully equipped and extremely clean. There are several workstations equipped with pans, plates cutlery etc etc and dishwashers to put your stuff in.

The parking is paid for separately and is 23 euros per night! if you are staying for a while that puts the cost of the hotel up greatly. We stayed 5 nights so that is 125 euro extra on our stay. Also, there is no information on how to book the parking and with no one at reception it is impossible to get the remote to the parking even if you want to pay! We managed to walk about 8 mins up the hill into the another neighbourhood where the parking was free for 3 hours during the day time and free over night.

Self-check-in was easy and straightforward. The room was bigger, brighter and newer than I expected. Very comfortable bed and pillows. bathroom was in good condition, with bright lights, plenty of hot water and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash). 2 free bottles of water in the fridge. Excellent sound insulation... my windows overlooked the railway platforms and I could not hear any sound. I also didn't hear any sound from the corridors. My email about an invoice was answered very promptly.

As other reviewers mentioned, there is a microwave, kettle, glasses and cups, but no plates or cutlery. You are expected to eat in the dining area on a different floor, even though this is classified as an apartment. The sofa was stained, but the rest of the apartment was spotless. I never saw any staff at the front desk, even in the mornings around 8:30. So I never had a chance to ask about the free transport card. Despite these shortcomings,, I would definitely consider booking this apartment again.

Great location. It was only 1 block away from city train station, and 5-7 min walk to the lake front. I loved it. The building and rooms are modern and clean. I am really glad they provided a very friendly receptionist working in the building lobby during weekdays and she was supper sweet.

The reservation support people definitely have room to improve their work. After they sent me confirmation that all my passport info were received and they'd provide access code, they were not able to find my information on my arrival day and urgently asked my to provide info again ... This was really frustrating.

The apartment was ideally located for a short stay in Vevey, very close to the station and only 5 mins from the lake front. The room was clean and tidy with all the amenities needed, it had spacious rooms and was very light and airy. I would definitely stay there again.

There was no sink in the kitchenette area so all the washing up had to be done in the bathroom and the sink was so small it wasn't easy, there was also only 1 mirror which was in the bathroom so if there was someone in the shower you could not use the sink or mirror. On the street outside there were groups of young males always hanging around, probably selling drugs, although we didn't see anything but they were a little intimidating late at night. They seemed to only be on that street which spoiled things a little.

Location location location! Room is clean and comfortable bed. Equipped with listed facilities and just what is needed for two nights stay. Again I really appreciate the personal touch of printing the Reviera card and placed in my apartment room. Lovely!

Unfortunately they missed out the two bottles of water which each room gets this time for each stay. And the kettle was malfunctioning. Please do replace. Also, perhaps, you can consider not putting a single traveller like me which is here for work in a room with a connecting door to the next room. The door is not sound proof, hence I could hear the guests movements in the next room and it was not comfortable.

Superb location when counting on public transportation (train, buses). The suite was clean and tidy. Everything enlisted in the booking was available. The terrace is big and provides a nice view over the area from above (the suite is at the highest floor).

My experience with the staff that was supposed to provide the selfcheckin code was far from pleasant. Even though we (me and my wife) paid in advance, the code was provided at the last minute. I wrote several email messages & made phone calls to VisionApartments staff. Emails were answered with big delays, nobody replied to calls. Upload of copies of our Ids to their website as per their instructions went wrong. No one from the staff was reacting. I was forced to contact Booking.com support, which were very kind helping me.

The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained. One of the biggest perks was how close it is to the train station, making it extremely convenient for train travellers like us. We found the location to be quite good, with grocery stores, pharmacies and restaurants within walking distance. Yes, the area is a bit shady, like most areas near a train station, but it didn't feel unsafe or threatening to us. The staff we interacted with were very helpful and friendly. We also appreciated the washing machines and dryers, which were a nice bonus when travelling with a small backpack. The self check-in process was smooth, with clear communication and instructions provided in advance. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

The only downside was the noise from the nearby railway tracks. If you're a light sleeper, this might be something to keep in mind.

My biggest disappointment was that I had upgraded to a "mini-Kitchenette) 1 bedroom apartment, and to my complete surprise, the "kitchenette" consisted of a traditional espresso machine which I don't know how to use, a large fridge, no counter space, no sink (!), not even a knife, only cups and saucers and glasses. I guess I didn't read the fine print, but that was ridiculous. And the bathroom sink where the only water was available was a stone free-form sink, no counter space whatsoever, and a plug that wouldn't allow me to plug in my adapter as it was placed in such a way that the (broken) soap dispenser blocked access. Also, there is no mirror in the entire place other than the one above the bathroom sink. And we stayed 3 weeks, but had cleaning only once a week.

Excellent location next to the train station and contactless check in was straight forward. Lobby was brightly lighted so felt modern and safe. Equipments in room were new and appreciated the ironing board in the room. I had the room facing away from the train tracks, didn’t hear much of the train to bother me.

Found a strand of hair in the corner and shower was missing the body shower liquid. Had to shower with the hair shampoo for the night.
