The hotel was on top of a mountain and provided us with an upgrade to a room with a wonderful lake and mountain view. It was also conveniently close to a funicular that took us down to Vevey. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they even offered to install a bidet shower in the WC. Additionally, the hotel gave us a free transportation pass

The views from the room are amazing. Very large room (we were upgraded: thank you!), great breakfast on the terrace overlooking the lake and mountains

The air condition broke down during the night. In the middle of the heatwave, it was unfortunate and brought the temperature in the room to a very uncomfortable level. When mentioning it to the reception upon check out, the staff offered to cut the parking charge and nothing more. Given that I didn't almost sleep the entire night, I would have expected a bit more, but didn't want to make a fuss as my family was standing next to me...

Simply amazing. Everything is perfect from start to finish. it has been a while since I've been in a 5 star that truly deserves their stars. Went for a birthday, they even did special touches; they went above and beyond another EX: when they bring towels they also leave you swiss chocolate :) View is breath taking, staff is amazing, facilities are Top, Atmosphere inside the building is great A bit on the pricey end but truly worth every penny

if you come from GVA direction. The gps indicates super steep hills in order to reach the hotel. the tip is to exit at Vevey and come back via main road. Don't go via steep roads if you have rear drive car. they are at 22% inclination for some

Wonderful place for a romantic weekend. Nice, clean, amazing view. Spa was a bit disappointing. But the room was great, also there was a transport card around riviera included into the price of our room. We did not know it in advance, but it was rather helpful. The hotel is on a hill, you go to the village / lake with cable car which is nearby (7-10mins walking) and works till night. We did not try the restaurant at the hotel but overall from outside it looked nice. Apart from spa everything was perfect.

Spa was disappointing

We had a junior suite. It was very well proportioned, the bathroom area was extremely well planned and spacious. We liked the dressing. The view was exceptional from the bedroom terrace, unfortunately we were in the mist for 2 days, but the weather is sometimes unpredictable! The bed was very comfortable. We did not have breakfast, but had a brunch-type meal instead. It was lovely to have good choices of snacks in the bar area. Parking of the car just outside the hotel was perfect. It was lovely to see an open fire in a seating area. The SPA personnel were very professional and competent. The hotel was decorated with taste, beautiful objects well presented.

There was a bit of a draught in certain areas by the bar area where we had a light supper on Christmas Day, but perhaps we should have chosen another table in the seating area.

Amazing view, lovely staff, great massage and sweet evening with a raclette & delicious wine in a ski cabin. We had a junior suite which was very comfortable and perfectly clean. Minibar included and renewed every day. We had a chauffeur picking us up at the station which was on time and very friendly. The room service offers a good cuisine until late. A télécabine goes straight to Vevey in 10mn, a very beautiful town on the lake.

Decoration is a bit old fashioned. Breakfast not included while prices are quite high. Raclette( delicious cheese and meet) was served with an industrial salad while price was quite high. Terrace of the suite could offer more privacy with the neighbours.

The view over the lake is spectacular. The rooms are lovely. Breakfast is good. Some of the staff were lovely, mainly the younger members. Charlotte at the front desk in particular

It’s a difficult one as I feel a bit harsh giving 8 but didn’t feel it was quite worth a 9, probably 8.5. The Spa was disappointing. Sauna and stream room were poor. The food in the lounge was awful for a 5 star hotel. Some of the older male members of staff were quite aloof and supercilious

Very beautiful location, amazing view, room was very good. Breakfast was perfect. Wellness area was very good, pool, jacuzzi, very nice. Staff were very responsive and polite. Parking was available as announced, indoor garage and few places near hotel.

Last day our air conditioner broke, staff was trying to fix, without success. We were lucky because this day the temperature dropped down, wasn’t that hot. But if it would be +35 as it was just day before, it wouldn’t be nice.

One of the most amazing hotels i have visited in my life it gives you a santorini greece vibes. Very luxurious. Amazing breakfast and great view

It's far up the mountain but there is a near cable car that take you to down town
