The view from bedroom was amazing. The staff are all seems nice. The free transport card is a plus

It's a bit walk from train station to hotel, if you have a big lugggage it will be a challege. No restaurant around the area so you have no choice but to eat bfast at the hotel. Calling from your room to reception desk is impossible. No one pick up the phone. So if in case of emergency no one will come to help. Even if you only need to let them know that your bathroom sink is clog you have to come down just to inform them and it's very inconvenient I felt bad to the lady that works in the breakfast area. She is the only one who's serving all these guests. The food are always out so you have to wait till they make one. It cost $20 per person. I dont know if they dont have enough staff.

This was an older hotel with a nice view over Lake Geneva. Also near beautiful vineyards on the hills. Room and bed were comfortable. They provided us with a transportation pass for train and local travel anywhere between Lausanne and Montreux. The optional breakfast was 18CHF but it was very good.

To reach Lausanne by train you first have to take local train to Vevey and switch trains to Lausanne. We opted to drive to a pay Park and Ride by Lausanne and then use the local train which was free with the hotel provided pass.

The view was the best best view among any hotel I've been to in my life! Room was clean and spacious. The heating radiator worked so well that it was very warm inside the room. Balcony was very good and has automatic roof. Staff were very nice and take special request and care about clients.

The location was difficult to climb up. It was hill all the way to hotel. However, the view from the hotel make me forget about all the climbings :)

I suggest coming during autum time. You will find yourself in the middle of the winefield when you leave town. However there is a good connection to public transport by train / bus. I recomend going there for a hike with some wine. Great for couples / familys. The hotel Staff was kind and everything was clean as you would expect it.

The bedmattress wasn't that much confortuable, but totaly fine for that price value

We spend about a week every year at this hotel, and I will never give it a rating lower than a 10. The rooms are large, the view is spectacular, the parking is easy and plentiful and the staff is amazing! Looking forward to coming back next Fall 🍁🍂🧡

The beds are firm and very comfortable, but the pillows are a bit sad. Respectfully ❤️

Location , with parking & village a nice walk away. Easy access to motorways & public transport. Free public transport for area so used trains to go into Montreux festival.

Shower flooded the bathroom as only flimsy shower curtain not glass door. No mini bar or fridge. Paper cups in room, would have appreciated crockery.

Beautiful quaint countryside. The view over the lake was captivating. The staff were very pleasant. I must make special mention of Eloise who went beyond her call of duty to personally write out an itinerary complete with highlights. We were meant to travel to Geneva and decided to rather stay a further two days at Prealpina. Thank you to everyone at Prealpina our stay was lovely.

Bathroom. Has a hand shower. Paper cups instead of normal cups in the room. The hotel does not always cater for supper.

The view of Lavaux and the mountains were amazing! A booking error was quickly rectified by a staff member and we were checked into a spacious room. Everything was clean and there were nice room amenities.

It was a steep walk up the hill from the train station. There was coffee, tea, and coffee in the room but no kettle for heating water.

The view.... Oh my.... Stunning. Peaceful location, staff helpful, rooms accessible via lift and stairs. Rooms are big, clean, modern. And loved watching the German Shepherd dogs playing (guest dogs). They are my favourite breed.

Shower head didn't work but wasn't end of the world. Could use the other bit. The bed a little hard but that's quite normal for hotels.

A charming quality hotel with exceedingly helpful staff perfectly situated for our trip back to Geneva which is just under an hour away. Beautiful views over the lake and the local town was a pleasure to explore and there were lots of options for food.

We paid for the minimum room and in fairness received exactly what we paid for! Next time I would pay for the upgrade to a larger room and a full lake view, as the partial lake view also means you can see the busy main road.
