Absolutely stunning. The property is gorgeous, the grounds are gorgeous, truly amazing. The views over the lake are out of this world. The staff do anything to help. The rooms are beautiful, well-styled with lovely Evian touches that really make it. Breakfast in the room was amazing, it was also amazing in the restaurant. The pool area is great, the staff on the bar are amazing too. We absolutely adored everything about this stay.

The SPA is beautiful yet at certain times it's overloaded with kids, it may be a certain family hour but if so this needs to be communicated clearly at check-in,

The food at restaurant La Table was a little bit below expectations for a five star hotel. Breakfast - conventional nothing special, would have expected a bit more sophistication and farm-to-market products (again, for a hotel like this)

Wifi was the worst ever in the room, toilet seat was way away from rest of bathroom it was at entrance of room, and the bathroom on other side of room, that’s not convenient at all.

My week was absolutely amazing, I went to the gym every morning and the equipment was first class…. The swimming pool was amazing, the staff extremely friendly and helpful…

The only improvement for me would be more variety of food on offer. I don’t eat breakfast ,so lunch is important for me personally and it was difficult to get a booking at the Olive Grove buffet as it was always booked out.

The location is fabulous, overlooking the lake Leman, with a great view and a beautiful breakfast with loads of fresh and delicate fruits, a great choice of bread and cold plates. The room is nice with a balcony and the bedding is just perfect. The bathroom is very comfortable. The decoration and depth of this palace are compelling.

overall, the property was amazing and well maintained! rooms are clean and new and the views of the hotel were amazing. the lobby Terrance, spa / gym was amazing, and the kids loved the kids club!

reserved 2 rooms in the same category but the actual space of both was different. one was significantly smaller than the other. the other think is the toilet's WC is very far from the shower / wash area and you almost have to walk across the room. i see this as an inconvenience and a design flaw.

The spa facilities and restaurant are outstanding and better than expectation.

Was having a late morning and enjoying my lying in bed. The room service team keeps knocking the door.

If you need to get into town or back or even to the golf and back you need to book their shuttle service well in advance. We also missed our golf and got stranded at the hotel one evening because the shuttles were all booked and no taxis available.

Twix ewe had a problem with the food. Once the risotto was tasteless and the second time a starter was completely cold. They apologized the next day when the F&B manager came to see us. At breakfast which was attentive. Twice in two days is not great though…

Very family friendly, always finding solutions, even when full a quiet place to relax can be found. Perfect facilities for the kids with many entertainments as well as amazing spa facilities
