This is a perfect small hotel. It is spotlessly clean, the staff, owners and others are delightful and always very helpful. From the morning when you come down to the aroma of freshly baked croissants promising a delicious and varied breakfast… wonderful homemade jams …the day is perfect.

The room overlooking the sea and a cafe needs curtains and not merely the muslin ones that let in the light.

Great location, close to all amenities and just across from the lake. Welcoming staff, good sized room and very comfortable bed. Room decor of a high standard, clean bathroom and balcony. Excellent breakfast.

Nothing not to like really, perhaps tea and coffee making facilities in room, but a small point.

The hotel is well located close to the lake and easy to get to without having to go through the town centre. It is convenient to all the shops and cafes and other activities in the town. Our room was quite spacious and modern. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choice

There is no parking on site although there is a multi storey almost adjacent. Our room was quite dark and the balcony facing the lake very small

We did not have breakfast but it looked nice. The room was quiet and we had a family room with a small balcony. The towels were nice, there was good water pressure and the a/c was good. The location was great, between the main street for shopping and restaurants and the lake.

The only thing that could have been better are the pillows - but they were consistent with all the hotels in Europe.

Breakfast was nice and offered gluten-free options. Hotel was very convenient to walking throughout town. Great shopping and restaurants nearby, plus wonderful views of Lake Geneva from the property.

Nearby underground parking garage was available, but very tight for our 9 person rental van. Very sharp, curve to enter and narrow passage through ticket gate.

Small bathroom - small bathtub with shower head but no wall nor shower curtain making it impossible to take a shower - make sure you get a shower room rather than a bathroom when booking Nothing to block the light coming in through window in the morning

Its really a fun hotel. A bit in the style of a chalet, and it has teddy bears every where. The reception was very friendly, it felt like they really enjoyed having you stay. The room and bathroom were good. There was a parking garage next to the hotel, and the hotel itself was located right in the centre of the city. We enjoyed the breakfast too.

Clean, good size, cute, loved the balcony, everyone was so nice and it was so clean. The breakfast was amazing!

There was no black out shades so we had light coming in all night

Very amicable personnel and warm welcome. Hotel situated in the heart of the town, walking distance from main commercial street, with many nice restaurants nearby. Underground public parking at reasonable price only a few meters away from the hotel entrance - used it for the whole stay. Hotel is cozy, quiet and very clean. Rooms are comfortable, aired and accommodated with all you need for your stay. Sympathetic breakfast to start the day, politely managed by the personnel. Definitely recommend, will return if town chosen again as destination.

Location is very good and one can reach the center by foot. There is a parking garage right at the entrance of the hotel, which is very convenient. Nice view to the Lake Geneva from the balcony. Breakfast was very good as well. Liked the charme of the hotel and the friendly staff.
