The room was neat and quiet. Breakfasts, despite the similarity of their content, were a nice plus. In general, the views out of the windows were delightful.

It was impossible to catch Wi-fi connection in my room (second floor, the remotest one). However, in public spaces this issue did not arise. Please, don’t hesitate to offer your clients the Riviera card. Apparently, if I did not request it from the receptionist, this opportunity would not be even mentioned. Lastly, please recheck your mode of sending salutation/pre-checkin messages: I received it a day after arrival.

The room was big and the view on the mountains and the lake was smashing. The bedding was good and it was very clean. The breakfast was good.

The person at the reception was very rude. He was upset because I arrived early for the check-in. He hadn’t told me that the breakfast was on the first floor, so when I came at the reception next morning he was again rude and made a comment about the fact he had informed me about it when I arrived, which obviously was not true. I had planned to come again in August, but I cancelled the booking due to the attitude of this person who might be the owner, it’s a pity. I have found another place to stay in Vevey. The hotel is located uphill, not far away from the train station. The bus runs every 20 minutes, so I decided to walk, with a small suitcase it was not really pleasant, but it was not a big deal.

The owner or the manager comes across as a bit closed at the beginning but once he warms up to you he is really friendly. The restaurant that goes with the hotel does a really nice job by way of selection of food and certainly in its preperation. Nice card of wine to choose from makes it an easy choice after your arrival. The hotel has sufficient parking and if you are short of gas, the gas station is 2 meters away. If not less.

The rooms are a bit small but then again the bed is comfortable; it is quiet outside and if your neighbour is not of the shouting type you do not mind so much that walls could be thicker. The bathroom is clean. However as one can see from the tiles and their colour it would not suffer from an overhaul.

The view was spectacular. I grew up with it a few blocks higher and it was so nice to see it again . The manager was very accommodating and gave me the entry code over the phone since we were arriving after hours. It worked as he said and there is an elevator huge bonus for Europe. The room is very clean and the bed very comfortable.

The breakfast was ok. The eggs were a bit funny lol but as it’s included with the room there are other things to eat. Just not the best it could be with all the breads and croissants that are available.

Friendly, knowledgable and very efficient staff, the breakfast was excellent, the bed comfortable and the room very clean and accommodating. Delicious wine available in the restaurant and while I didn’t eat, the food looked and smelled excellent.

The TV wasn’t working properly, though to be honest I did t need it. It wasn’t exactly cheap but during the Christmas market that’s to be expected at weekends, so it was reasonably priced.

Room was very clean! View from our room was unfortunately to gas station direction but from breakfast room we could enjoy the view to Alps. There was everything we needed in breakfast. With Riviera Card we were able to travel tai Chillon castle, Vevey funiculare and city for free. Got also discount from Chillon castle ticket price.

Fridge in the rooms would be good idea?

The hotel and room was clean, neat and tidy. The location was great, a 10 to 15 minute walk to the centre of town and train station and the public transportation to get around the area and to places like Montreux were excellent.The hotel manager was very pleasant and helpful. He also provided us with a swiss travel pass which provided us with free travel on the local buses and great discounts to attractions in and around the area.

Although the room in general was comfortable, it was a little on the small side and only had one power socket, which was a bit inconvenient when needing to charge a phone and electric toothbrush etc. However it met my needs for a short stay.

Family of four, stayed in two adjacent Rooms. Very clean bedrooms and spacious. Just as shown on the pictures. Complete bathroom with shower. The views to the lake from the bedroom were a nice plus. We had breakfast at the property, and it was very good. Nice fresh bread, and the juice was also very good. Receptionist was very nice and attentive, speaks several languages. Property is very convenient, as it is located very close to the highway.

The owner is super helpful, professional and nice! Facility is simple, neat, and clean. You got anything you need. You can see lake very clearly from the second floor(lv1), outside of the restaurant.

Location is a bit far from the train station. For traveler with big luggages and taking public transport it might be a bit hassle.

We were made very welcome at this beautiful hotel. Our room had a fantastic view over Lake Geneva and to the mountains. The bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast room also had this fantastic view and the food was outstanding. We dined in the restaurant both nights and the food was first class. We were given a Pass that gave us discounts and free transport. Our host made us feel very much "at home".
