Staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was great, very close to public transport and the view from the breakfast room was breathtaking. The whole place was kept very clean. The breakfast choice was very good and the food was fresh and delicious.

We arrived at 3.45pm to check in but only 2 rooms were available of the 3 we booked. We were given no specific time as to when the last room would be ready just told it wouldn't be long. We therefore waited but it took 2 hours, had we known we could have explored the area and avoided wasting precious time on a short holiday. Picky I know but no conditioner or shower gel although there was shampoo and a bar of soap, but for the price and description I expected more. No milk for drinks either. Very noisy at night sometimes it was after midnight before I could get any sleep. Not strictly the hotels fault just inconsiderate guests.

I enjoyed the orderliness of it all. Room felt like a cabin on an overnight train. I think that is what they were going for. Felt mostly clean and cozy, if slightly sterile. Efficient with good AC and a huge window (part even opened for fresh air). Nice and quiet, which is what I needed. I liked that there was an electric kettle, coffee mug and small fridge in the room.

The carpet in the room was stained. Looked like someone spilled bleach. Also, most staff were friendly but one person was a bit standoffish- not at all welcoming. The price is good but they charge way too much for extras such as the breakfast, cup of coffee or tea in the lobby or a small bottle of prosecco, e.g. There was a tissue under the bed which cleaning staff somehow missed.

Close to the main station. The room was modern and clean. Free transport card they provided was useful.

1) I was expecting breakfast with panoramic view from the top floor but actually I couldn't enjoy the view enough because the windows were too foggy. It got a little bit better after sprinkler worked automatically, but still not very beautiful, the water drops looked like a lot of stain. Maybe this matters only in chilly morning. 2) When I was at the reception for check in, I was watching the staffs at the reception providing other guests before me the transport card and explaning how can use it, but they didn't mention anything to me. Later I checked that the transport card was complimentary for all guests, I went back to the front and asked about it, then could get the card without any explanation. I understand it might be a simple mistake, but felt like unprofessional.

It is a very-very good variant to visit Lausanne, for a short or a long stay. Very good position, very good facilities, nice personal, good breakfast, perfect cleanliness. And - special mention - crazy nice and cozy location for the breakfast, with panoramic view ot the Leman/Geneve Lake!... So, in a nut shell formulation: best value for the price!...

Nothing to mention here. Everything was just perfect. Big thanks and hugs to the staff. I would come back in this hotel, any single occasion I will have.

Super conveniently located only 5 min away from the train station. Check in was smooth and the room was lovely. The bed was very comfortable, the room was spacious and it has everything that we needed. Many nice cafes and restaurants for lunch/breakfast are close-by. Great place to stay in Laussane, especially if you will do day-trips and want to stay close to the station.

Just to mention something, the bathroom either didn't have an extractor or the one in our room didn't work. But really it wasn't an issue, the hotel really exceeded our expectations!

Location was excellent, hotel is at Grancy which is a quiet but also very accessible place. Great amenities nearby within walking distance - good boulangerie, cafe de Grancy nearby, migros supermarket nearby. Staff were always helpful and friendly. Great WiFi and gym was decent. Room facilities were good with daily coffee and tea packets, kettle and iron. Lots of hangers too so it was very helpful.

Would have been good if the pillows were so soft. Had to request for extra pillows for neck support.

The hotel is really conveniently located, in a nice neighbourhood next to the train station. You also get free metro travel cards which allow you to travel into central Lausanne for free. The metro is a two minute walk from the hotel entrance. The rooms are very nicely decorated. The staff really go above and beyond. Especially the man that was working the night we stayed. There are nice bakeries, and restaurants nearby.

The room design is a bit strange if you are not staying with a partner. The shower is partially see through with a big wooden door across. You have to strategically move the door to have full privacy. The room was a little bit cold when we entered. If you want to be in bars and restaurants until the early morning this may not be the best location.

The dining area was fantastic, and I really enjoyed the breakfast – it was diverse, everything was delicious, and the food was quickly restocked. A special mention to the blonde-haired lady working in the kitchen, who was always ready to help. The extended breakfast hours on weekends and holidays until 11 a.m. were a big plus. The location is also very convenient, with a metro station and a supermarket nearby.

the carpet was dirty and stained, and there was no liquid soap near the sink – it’s been ages since I had to use bar soap to wash my hands. Also, the proximity of the toilet to the bed and the high level of sound transmission weren’t very comfortable.

Modern hotel with fully furnished chambers. My room was a bit small but definitely not cramped. Loved the presence and capacity of the airconditioning providing a nice cool room. The location is really nice, right next to the subway (a pass is provided by the hotel) and Lausanne station. It is also in a nice lively upscale part of town. Great view from the breakfast room.

The staff at the reception was not very welcoming or friendly (the restaurant and cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful though). The hotel is clearly used for group stopovers so there are regularly buses and large groups at the reception/breakfast room. The fridge at my room was not cooling very well.

The location is incredibly convenient-just a short walk from the main train station, which made my arrival and departure very smooth. Also, it's located just two metro stops away from the city center. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

My stay at the hotel was lovely, though I felt the breakfast could use some improvements. While the basics were available, the selection was somewhat limited, and it would be nice to see a wider variety of fresh options such as more fruits and hot dishes. The quality of what was offered was good, though. And the view from the restaurant is just amazing.
