It is a wonderful city, with an absolutely gorgeous view. The room was cozy and spacious, with a fantastic mattress and big bathroom. We were held up on the road and the hotel left us instructions and the key of the room even tho there is not late check in option! We were misfortune to park on public parking during the night and get towed away, but reception was very kind to let us check out later, and helped us where to go to the police station and what the procedure was.

We had quite a big trouble finding the parking (took us a whole hour). Even though the hotel had its own parking, we could not access it because there were temporary traffic signs everywhere in the city and the direction of driving changed due to some events in the region. So be sure to check parking before visiting because if you get towed away you will end up in a different city (40 min by train btw) with 130e fine!

Such a cute and charming hotel! We were positively surprised with such care since the kindness and attention of the staff up to the cleanness and the charming and tasty breakfast! Great value, right in the main square, easy to find and to go walking to any place in town. We highly recommend :)

There's no ac, only a fan - but to be honest it did not bother us! Even though was a hot day (33 degrees), the room temperature was good and we could sleep very well :)

Tremendous value. Beautiful view of the lake and the square below from the window. Nice parking. Pretty garden to eat breakfast outside. Great location with everything you need on the street below. Generous, kind staff who did everything from printing out instructions on renting bikes to parking our car in a tight space.

Bed is a little firm.

Hotel is great located with private "free" parking. Direct connection to the main street full of restaurants and shops. Everything is in walking distance in few minutes. Rooms were clean, beds were fine. The room offered a view of the lake -amazing! Rooms were quiet during the night. Hotel is offering possibility to get rest at theirs private garden , there are chairs and sunbeds. Breakfast on the terrace was tasty, with fresh pastries and with a wide selection of dishes for breakfast. Best off - the staff - they are so nice and helpful !!!

Very central in Evian. Walkable to shops, restaurants, the casino etc.

Hotel discloses there is no AC and there's a fan, but it is quite hot even with the fan on. Stayed early September. Also could not read the handwriting for the wifi password from the staff and had no wifi.

This was a great location close to shops, restaurants, and the water front. The Hotel offers parking which, although hard to find at first, was a huge plus. The rooms were spacious and had large windows overlooking the street which allowed for great people watching and a view of the water.

If you arrive early enough, there is free parking on the hotel grounds. Even though this is rated a 2 Star hotel, it is immaculatly clean, charming, in the center of old town Evian and steps from the Evian Water Source. Good breakfast too!

Very good location just a few meters from Lake Geneva. The hotel is located 2 minutes from Source Sachat Evian which is very nice. Unfortunately, I did have very limited time to explore this beautiful destination but the first impression is great.

Access to the hotel can be quite tricky. However, the owner rang us that if we arrive past 9 pm, our keys will be at the reception. Postcode is slightly misleading and we wouldn't be able to find the parking for this property if we wouldn't call the owner who gave us very clear directions. Nevertheless, we parked the car and all was ok.

The staff was so amazing and accommodating when I needed to adjust my check in and check out times. They accommodate late check-in‘s and are very good with communication. I was between another hotel and this one and ended up choosing this one because the front desk responded immediately. The hotel is right on the commercial street so you walk right out and there is a parking lot by availability only. You can walk to the source for free Evian water by exiting the back. I requested a room with a Lakeview and they were able to accommodate me. I am on a solo trip and felt really called to the water. There is a free simple breakfast in the morning, which I took advantage of one morning and the front desk did not mind when I showed up 15 minutes before closing breakfast. She was cheerful and welcoming. I would definitely stay again I will bring my partner with me next time. The room was quite spacious! And I appreciated the extra pillow. The elevator is a huge plus because my luggage is extremely heavy.

nothing but would like to note that the hallways are quite dark so you’ll have to manually flip the switches. in the end it is a simple two star hotel so there are some frills that are available but it is a very clean hotel that I love.

The staff are friendly and helpful, plus good sense of humor. The location is excellent. We had the room with lake view, which is amazing. It also has private parking in the hotel backyard.
