100 CHF for 4 persons for breakfast, when we only had a bowl of cereal and an egg. Parking is per day rather than 24 hours from arrival, so I paid for two days rather than one. Join this with the 100 CHF eggs and cereal, and I sank a little south-east at the knee when the bill moment arrived.

The hotel location is amazing, next door to the Metro station Delices, take the Metro downhill to the lake promenade and Olympic museum, and uphill to the city centre and old town. The hotel gives a free Lausanne bus and metro pass. Located in a quiet neighborhood with cafes and restaurants nearby.

The interior of the hotel is a bit jaded but renovations are ongoing so maybe this will be addressed. Also about 10 steps up to the lobby from outside makes it a bit difficult with suitcases although the check in staff offered to help.

This is an absolutely fabulous hotel in every single aspect. I loved staying here with my daughter for her 21st. The attention to detail in this luxurious and beautifully decorated property was immaculate. Very friendly desk staff (particularly the wonderful Irish lady). Superb location so close to the lake but also cafes and restaurants. Adored the balcony and our room was immaculate.

There was not one single thing not to like. It was superb. Loved it. Would have stayed for a month if we could!!

Great location right at the delices metro stop between Ouchy and Lausanne, and they also have some parking. Rather well-equiped gym, better than a lot. A bit old-school in design, but nice materials, if that matters to you. Booked last minute and a decent price for Lausanne city.

Tiny room, and bed side table and plugs only on one side of the bed. Postage stamp sized bathroom. We only stayed one night, so it was ok. We are both slim and fit, i don't want to imagine a larger person squeezing between the wall and the shower to sit on that WC.

This is a traditional belle epoque type hotel. I like this type of hotels. It is well maintanied and very clean. It is located in a residential area, next door to a metro station. It Is close to the lake and also to the central station and the city centre. The free travel pass is very convenient to get around in the very step streets of Laussane. There is marmol all over the place and walls are covered in fabric. My room was not very big and wifi worked all right. The girl at the reception was very polite.

The bathroom was very small. There is not a single european plug in the room. They do have plug converters but you cannot borrow one. They sell it. Not nice. To get access to the Wifi you must provide your mobile number. Not nice either. Check in time is far too late.

We had a 2 night stay in an executive room (very affordable on the weekends) with a balcony and honestly, we could not stop talking about how much we loved this hotel. We could have stayed for a week. It's hard to describe the one or two things that make a hotel exceptional. You just know it when you walk in the lobby and then the room. The room had excellent AC. It had THE best bed of our whole trip. The room got super dark, super quiet at night. Sleep quality was amazing. The bathroom was extremely functional with great water pressure and responsive temperature control. We absolutely loved the balcony which overlooked some trees and another super fancy hotel in the distance. It had adult sized table and chairs to sit comfortably outside - but still had protection from direct rain. We enjoyed wine on it one night before dinner. We enjoyed breakfast on it in the morning. Just a perfect vacation feeling. Then getting to the location of this hotel - again, it's perfect. It's right next to a metro stop. It's half way between the water and the main Lausanne station. You will go in both of these directions as you visit the area and this hotel just kept working out perfect in every way. The front desk staff was great. We did not try the breakfast but it appeared to be a standard high end buffet breakfast for ~20 CHF per person. This hotel was a tremendous value and was faultless in our eyes. We are very seasoned travelers and this is hard to do.

You can't beat this location. It is right next to the subway station which gets you to all the important tourism destinations through the same route. The facility is historical (built in 1906) so the outlook and balcony is very classic. The view is also enjoyable as you can oversee the distant lakeshore line. Definitely recommends!

The cleaning is horrible. The trash was not collected and the bedsheets were not changed. You also need to take your chance with the front desk staff as some are very helpful and enthusiastic while some are indifferent. The Wi-Fi is also unavailable directly that you would have to register online with a credit card (despite no cost but sounds scary).

The hotel has a wonderful central location; the metro is literally next door and the lake is 7 min walk about. We were also fortunate to get a parking place at the hotel, so very convenient. The rooms have a lovely classic style, and the balcony added a beautiful touch to it as well.

The breakfast was a little disappointing, as both egg options (scrambled and fried) were completely cold, even though they were served from the warm platters.
