Location perfect, just know that its a climb from station to walk to hotel but doable. Very nice room, bathroom great for the price. Cofffee available after 12pm, when grumpy lady not bearing down over you

Very unfriendly staff, but they get the job done. Seriously unhappy lady in the breakfast area who not even give you water before 12pm.

It was tucked away down a side street but maybe 50yds from the main road. Plenty of eateries nearby. Very comfortable double bed and lovely en suite.

There were several steps to the entrance which was a little difficult as I use a walker but receptionist often helped or a passer-by and there was a handrail. The decor was a little weird.

The hotel is super central in Lausanne so it was very easy and fast for us to move to one sport to the other. Some rooms has an amazing balcony facing the palais rumine. Plus i dont know his name but i want to thank the italian repectionist who was very kind to me and my mother during our staying. I def recommend.

The staff were friendly and so helpful! The outdoor deck on the 5th floor where you could sit and enjoy a free tea/coffee, was amazing with beautiful views. The location was excellent. Handy to everything including the metro. A perfect stay!

The location is perfect, in the same building as CoopCity mall, and within walking distance of bus and metro. The room is well equipped. And network speed is good. Free self-service coffee is provided at the top-floor restaurant.

All good except the soundproofing of my room needs to be improved. I heard some pleasant sounds from the neighbouring room when I was on a conference call in the room.

Best English tv options so far. And curtains. Next to entrance to Coop. New. Pretty quiet.

Only real issues were that this part of town is full of addicts and illegals. You have to take funicular to the second station and make a right and back towards lake one block. Shower was tiny and the curtain attacks you. Nozzle leaked. They gave me bottom floor near elevator. No usb outlets. Had to ask for city pass. Squeeze bottle soap. Fridge wasn't really set to very cold.

Service was excellent, staff very helpful. Stayed four nights. Room had a nice balcony and great view. Comfy bed and very quiet at night. Close to the metro and plenty of shops. Few minutes walk to the cathedral. Would absolutely stay again. Great value for money. I’ll be back

room was very plain and simple but met all my needs and was fine for the night. There was space, nice clean bed and the bathroom and shower were nice in the morning too. Plus there was a kitchen area on the top floor to prepare your own food which was helpful.

Good value. The hotel was easy to find, close to the metro and bus lines we needed and right in the center of town. Rooms were clean and warm and the bed large and comfortable. Shower was always warm and easy to regulate. There was a mini fridge in the room. The rest of the room was functional but not luxe. The decor was as described in the listing.

If I had anything bad to say it would be that some nights there were some loud people on the street when we went to sleep but they soon dispersed and we slept fine.

The staff is really nice! The location is great. Everything worked well and I felt welcomed.

Unfortunately, I have a light sleep, so it was a little bit noisy for me (I'm very sensitive to noise in the night...). But I'm sure that for other people it wouldn't matter.
