I have stayed in this hotel many time and certainly hope to come back again next year. I have always been given a warm welcome and the staff have always been very helpful in every respect. This is much appreciated as I now have mobility problems. An excellent breakfast as always. Food always quickly replaced. The reserved table was welcome. I ate both of my evening meals in the Oasis. Excellent food and service and very pleasant, helpful staff. Have a happy holiday season. Best wishes for the year ahead.

Cannot think of a thing!!

The hotel was comfortable and unassuming, yet provided everything I needed for my stay. Spotlessly clean, the bedroom was neat with ample space for clothing, and the shower room was well appointed. The buffet breakfast was more than adequate. What makes this hotel so special it its staff who provided a warm welcome and went above and beyond in their provision of help and good service. I was not on holiday, but dealing with a family crisis. I felt well supported and cared for.

Absolutely nothing!

Virtually everything about this hotel was perfect, in an excellent location,with beautiful views of Lake Geneva and the mountains from my room which was fairly spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. Great shower too. Breakfast was typically continental but quite nice and adequate.

It would have been nice to have a tea/coffee making facility in the room and an ironing board and iron would have been good too.

Extremely effective mini-split air conditioner made the room very comfortable. Room was very clean with a nice view of the street and lake. Very nice swimming area, including a diving platform, just a short walk away, along with a lot of good lakefront restaurants and walks. Relaxing on the balcony overlooking the lake was very nice.

Location. Accommodation itself was comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good tram and train services, complementary with the hotel booking, were availble to nearby towns

Car parking is a real issue. Because we stayed on a Saturday and Sunday night it wasn't too bad, with Sunday not really being problematic, but the booking's stated streed parking doesn't mention that it's quite time restricted.

Eva was very helpful before and during the stay at the hotel. The views from the room and the restaurant over the lake were very beautiful. The room was clean and quiet with window closed. The breakfast was good. We enjoyed an œuf à la qocue. It’d be good to check with the hotel in advance about the discounts of parks and museums if you plan to go because they have a special discount coupon for the hotel guests up to 50%. I would love to come back!

The shutters of the windows were old, and one of them were closed completely but leaving tiny spaces between the panels and that did not make the room totally dark.

The location was very convenient to the train and bus stops. It is situated right across the street from the lake which has a lovely paved statue walk. Also, the water pressure in the shower was excellent.

The breakfast was meager without any fresh fruit, not like advertised photos. The room is clean but the furniture is dated, all formica, which is common in the area,

perfect location, close to lake, bus and train station. Clean room, good breakfast. Very friendly owners. We liked the floor heating.

eyewatering expensive, but still reasonable for a swiss hotel. Close to the road and no fresh air vents, which forces you to open window and then the traffic noise comes in.

It is my second visit here and again we had a view of the lake. What is there not to like. Air conditioning in the rooms. Great breakfast and so friendly staff. Enjoyed a lovely Steak Tartare at the restaurant. Free transport to the Jazz festival took 10 minutes.

A USB charger in the room

We had a small room but it over looked the lake. There was no balcony. The was AC which was much needed as the waterfront is quite loud so you need the window closed to sleep. Breakfast was very nice and in a Garden Room.
