The hotel’s location is excellent — close to the lake promenade, about 2 km from Chillon Castle, and right near the 201 bus stop, which made it easy to reach the train station. The view from our room overlooking Lake Geneva was beautiful and peaceful. The room was clean, spacious, and fully carpeted, which added to the coziness. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were good, and extra ones were available. We appreciated the kettle and tea-making amenities, as well as the rare inclusion of body lotion. The bathroom was well-equipped overall, and the Wi-Fi connection was strong. Most importantly, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and spoke good English — they made us feel at home. Despite the warm temperature in the room, the provided fan and open balcony doors made sleeping comfortable.

The room was quite warm during the day, and although the fan helped, it wasn’t a pedestal fan, so the airflow wasn’t ideal. The breakfast was underwhelming with limited variety and average taste. The bathroom sink design was awkward — small, round, and placed in a way that made it uncomfortable to use. Additionally, the shower had inconsistent water temperature, switching between cold and suddenly hot, which made it less relaxing. Lastly, the room key tag was unnecessarily large and bulky, which felt a bit inconvenient to carry

Lovely hotel, great location on the lake, easy to walk everywhere but also many modes of transport on offer very close to the hotel. Would definitely stay here again. The breakfast room and food were excellent. Also a nice outdoor terrace serving food and drink and gardens for relaxing in. The staff were very friendly and polite.

Our room was cooled by a large fan which unfortunately was too noisy for sleeping so we had ti turn it off. The room did become too hot during the night. I understand some rooms have air conditioning.

The room was really good. When we arrived the young lady at the reception Nicole changed our room for a free upgrade. My wife and I were very pleased. The Hotel placed us by the lift as we requested, to help my wife because of her disability. The room had a lake view and the garden was just outside the window. A very unexpected surprise welcome. All the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. We will definitely return again, To this beautiful Hotel.

A superb old style elegant hotel right on Quai des Fleurs, with a spectacular view of Chillon Castle, Lake Geneva, and the mountains beyond! We stayed here back in 2012 and my wife has been dreaming of going there ever since! And the hotel gave us the very same lakeside room as the last time! Much appreciated!

Pricey, but given the location, comfort, service, and elegance - not to mention the included breakfast in that lovely breakfast room - the price was probably relatively modest.

Everything the hotel is lovely, just as in the pictures, the room is very spacious, we got an upgrade with a view towards the garden and the lake which was wonderful. We look forward to coming again and enjoying this gem.

Nothing - verything was great

We had a great view from our room, which was lakeside. The balcony had plenty of room for two people to sit. The hotel property inside was very nice, beautiful lobby. Rooms somewhat plain but nice, roomy and very clean. Serviced daily. Direct access to the walk along the water. Easy to walk to local restaurants.

Would have preferred to be a little closer to the train. It wasn't clear what the patio off the lounge was for. Our first night it looked occupied by a private party, the second it was empty, but lightly raining. I would have the desk staff explain the dinning and beverage options and help with reservations. The prices posted for dinning seemed a little high.

The hotel is located in an old mansion on the shores of Lake Geneva. Along with antique furniture and carpentry, you can see fresh repair and modern equipment and accessories. A stunned view of the lake and mountains opens from the balconies. We took two numbers for the family and everywhere was comfortable and pleasant.

I was surprised when, during the check in, they demanded a copy of my bank card from me. I tried to argue that any bank does not recommend sharing the data of the cards. Otherwise, they threatened to block the minibar. I suggested that they leave a cache as a bail, but they demanded a card. I was forced to give them my bank card, with which they made copies. Of course, this forced me to release a new card in the bank after returning home.

Directly facing Lac Leman and 5 min away from Montreux Gare by bus, the location is perfect. It's also fairly close to Chateau de Chillon, which takes 30 min on foot. The hotel itself has an old world charm about it but has all the modern comfort. And, to our pleasant surprise we were upgraded to a room with full lake view. The staff at the front desk were friendly and courteous. All in all, a very pleasant stay indeed.

everything was great! the service was really good, the staff supper helpful and friendly. The food and drinks where amazing. The room was good size and really clean and comfortable. the location was pretty good, close to bus stop and also close to the lake and to the main train station. Beautiful views from the bar and the outdoor area!!! I really enjoyed my stay there, and will recommend to anyone.

I liked everything about this place!!

I have been staying in this hotel eight times, one of the best options to stay during the music festival. View is gorgeous, the place is quiet (there are crowds in the center, closer to the concert venue, which is why I always choose more remote location). Is ir essential to choose a room with lake view (city view rooms face a road and are noisy, you would also miss the opportunity to wake up with gourgeous lake just in your sight).

Breakfast is vey basic and quite poor, fruit and cofee are not delicious. Croissants are good, though.
