The staff was absolutely amazing - kind, attentive, and friendly. The location was fantastic - right outside the hustle and bustle of Montreux but VERY easy to walk, bus, or train to Montreux. A swimming location was about a 3 minute walk away. It was quiet, calm, and relaxing. The hotel itself was gorgeous with impressive views of the Swiss Riviera from every window, including the room. The balcony was a lovely place to sip your espresso in the morning while watching the lake. Breakfast was personalized and delicious, a great way to start your day exploring the area. We also had one of the best dinners in Switzerland at the hotel!

I was a little disappointed in the room layout. I was aware of the room size when I booked but the layout was little cramped for two people. It was hard to find space to lay out two carry on suitcases. Not a dislike but something to be aware of. I didn't realize the hotel was not staffed 24/7 but fret not, they give you a key to get into the front door (which is also your room key). It is a physical key and not a card so no worries about it being demagnetized. It is a quiet and relaxing hotel so I understand the need for no staff at night. They are back very early in the morning!

The location was brilliant - a lovely lakeside walk into Montreux. The staff were excellent- so friendly and helpful- I would recommend a stay (the garden is great too). Oh, & I forgot, we had a lovely dip to cool off immediately after arriving on a hot day. From the jetty of course!

The view is breathtaking. I was fortunate to be put in the top floor corner room and I have not been in a hotel room with a better view before. The shower was fantastic. The staff were also all outstanding, very attentive and friendly. The restaurant top notch as well. Delicious food, lots of variety and again amazing staff.

Because the location is so great and the restaurant is good when I arrived for check in I almost didn’t have a place to park my car. I was fortunate to have someone leave. There’s no demarcated parking for people that are staying.

Location is excellent. Warm welcome and kind hospitality with professionalism and care from Loris who is welcoming, doing check-in, carrying luggage to rooms, serving breakfast in the morning, serving drinks in the evening, checking out guests, ordering taxis and smiling with service. An exceptional location on the waterfront in beautiful Montreux!

Rooms are comfortable but compact. Nice balcony with a view of the garden is definitely worth the extra cost. Bathrooms are small but the building is a beautiful seaside location, so focus on the views!

The property is right adjacent to the Lake of Geneva with a magnificent lake view. Our room is spacious and clean. We stayed for two nights and enjoyed wonderful breakfast every morning. The Staff member, Loris, was very cheerful and helpful. My rental car broke down and needed a replacement car. Loris helped to be our French translator as the mechanic didn't speak English. Loris was very patient and even volunteered to call the rental car company to make sure there was a car for us to pickup. I highly recommend this property, not only for its nice location and beautiful environment but also for its highly professional and kind staff.

bathroom blinds need a bit tender care to make them work better.

Our room was beautiful and the views were gorgeous! Breakfast was high quality, delicious, and a very generous portion that held us over for many hours of sight seeing. In addition to the vast array in the photo included, we also had eggs cooked to our preferences and ordered cappuccinos and coffees. Easy parking on the property and an amazing location for walking along the path next to the water. The Jetty property was beautiful, I loved the swing out back. Not an issue for us, but there was not an elevator that I know of - so stairs could be a challenge for guests with wheelchair/walkers/mobility issues, etc. The gentleman who checked us in did bring our luggage up, which was kind! I would not hesitate to book here again if we were back in the area.

Loris was the receptionist when we entered the building and he immediately made us feel welcomed in Switzerland! He was gracious in even helping us find a great Italian place to eat for dinner and placed the reservations for us! Dina was our server in the morning for the complimentary breakfast but complimentary is not a sufficient word for what we were provided and the service that she offered us. The premises are truly tranquil and both Loris and Dina were the ABSOLUTE best representatives of any establishment. We started at the Jetty to celebrate our two week 25th wedding anniversary trip, and the bar has been set high for wherever we stay. We will absolutely be back!

Nothing to dislike!!!!!

The building location is superb. The view is breath taking. Staff are welcoming. There is a beautiful Garden outdoor that people can sit or walk around

There are no elevators which makes the luggage situation pretty tough. Rooms are very outdated. There was a fan but not an AC so the rooms were a bit hot. The facilities of the rooms can be upgraded. There is a problem with the location of the shower in the bathtub that makes it very difficult to use.

Breakfast was good and location was good

They should have asked what we wanted for breakfast instead of bringing out platters of food. We are vegetarian and hope all the meat they brought out did not go to waste. There was no one at the desk when we were ready to check out which caused some delay in catching our trains. The lamps and lightbulb in bathroom were not functioning so we only had overhead bright lighting without dimmers. The television did not work only streaming TV

Lovely belle epoch villa on the edge of the lake. Light airy room with gorgeous views of the lake. Very helpful staff.

No elevator but fortunately the receptionist was great and carried our bags up to the second floor. Very strange dinner menu. Expensive food. Not actually in Montreux, it's in Clarens a 20 minute walk along the lake edge from the center of Montreux.
