Very comfortable hotel, beautiful views of the lake and mountains. Short walk to the train station. Rooms were well kept with modern bathroom facilities with fluffy towels. Was a bonus to be given a free pass for public transport during our stay.

Perhaps the rooms would benefit from a little refresh, especially add some colour and update the rather suggestive pictures ( obviously based purely on our taste). Our kitchenette needed a few more items added to make it usable.

The hotel is very good, modern, clean and spacious. It's in a good location close to the train station and many shops. We had an extra movable heater which helped to keep the room warm. Our room had a good view of the lake and it also came with a furnished kitchen which was a pleasant surprise😊. Palmi at the reception is very helpful and friendly. She gave us the correct charger as we hadn't carried one. She also offered to keep our luggage at the reception after checkout which helped us explore the city further as our flight was in the night. One of the nights we stayed here was my birthday, the hotel gave me a birthday card on that day. Will definitely stay here again when in Montreux.

The room was beautiful and the bathroom was huge, everything was clean and the front desk helped us check-in even with our late arrival.

We didn't locate a thermostat, and therefore relied on the windows for letting the room cool. This was okay except for the need to creatively account for a lack of screens and many birds (not wanting to accidentally invite them in), as well as quite a bit of street noise throughout the night, being so close to the promenade. The location was lovely other than this small downside. If there was an alternative way to cool the room it would have been perfect!

Very good location a short walk from train station and restaurants around town. The room was a reasonable size, there was ample storage so nothing needed to be left around. Good sized bed was comfortable. The bathroom was large with a shower above bath. Reception staff very welcoming and helpful. Montreux card provided which gives free transport and discounted entry to some museums. Good value for money.

There is some noise from the road outside which could be disturbing for light sleepers. The bathroom would benefit from having a rail to enable easier access into and out of the bath for showering.

The property was perfectly located close to Lake Geneva, the Old Town and to the train station. The hotel room itself was average itself but clean. The room unfortunately doesn't have air conditioning, which would be problematic on a summer's evening as the room didn't get my ventilation despite keeping the windows open by night. It would be great if they included a bar fridge and a few other amenities that you find in most other hotels 3 stars and above.

Staff, location (view in particular), cleanliness, view, beds and shower all brilliant!!!!!!! You could not fault that at all! Staff in particular were just so lovely.

Wifi was unusable as on the third floor we had a slither of it. Could not send messages at all unless I was on the balcony. Cell coverage is less than average too unfortunately. Kitchen was advertised but Fridge did not work and kitchen was only for hand washing apparently. It didn’t worry us too much as we were only staying a night but just check you have an apartment with a working kitchen if you are relying on one.

The room is spotless, the location is ideal, and the food is truly exceptional! You can feel the passion of the chef and the entire team in every dish—so delicate and elegant, yet still warm and approachable. We dined here twice during our trip, and each time brought new surprises. This restaurant deserves recognition not just for its amazing pizza, but for its outstanding antipasti and main courses as well. Everything was fantastic!

There was a bit of noise from the restaurant at night, but we were quite tired from our day trips, and it didn’t bother us much—especially after closing the curtain. Everything else was wonderful!

Just across the road from the lake. My room had a view of the lake if you look to the right, was informed it was the only standard room to have that view. Checked in after hours but the instructions were clear so had no problem accessing the room. Room was clean though the bed was softer than my preference. Both receptionists I met could not be nicer. Very close to train station and other amenities. Great location as a base to visit other parts of Switzerland.

Fabulous location,wonderfully helpful staff. We were very fortunate to have had the Panorama Suite which can only be described as six star and can’t wait for our next visit to beautiful Montreux Five minutes walk from the station using the lift down to ground level, couldn’t have been easier, even with two large bags and our rucksacks. Thank you all, will miss La Rouvenaz….until next time X

Perfect location. Central to everything and only minutes walk from the station. We arrived late so the reception was closed but the instructions we were given beforehand to access the hotel/room by codes were simple and clear. A ‘Happy Birthday’ card was left in the bedroom for me too. Room was small but functional and cosy and warm. Bathroom was tiny but the shower great. Breakfast is continental but sufficient and was well organised. The staff and two receptionists were so nice and helpful and we really enjoyed our stay here. Price was good too for Switzerland.
