The check-in was straightforward, the reception staff were friendly and professional. The location is just a 5 minute walk from the station and main road. The room was large clean. The bathroom had some soaps if needed and the pillows were good quality. Parking on site is practical and a big bonus. The kitchenette in my room had some pots and basic dishes. The wifi was consistant. The room was warm and comfortable.
The kitchenette could have benefited from some salt or basic supplies.

Nice location, just a bit outside of Villars but still very close. The surroundings are very quiet. We had a nice little balcony. The room was clean and there was also a lot of stuff in the kitchen in case you wanted to cook. Check-in was easy.
It's a bit pricey, but I guess that's normal for the village.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is super - close to the centre of town but away from the hustle and bustle. There's a nice bar close by for a quiet drink. It's dog friendly and there's a good garden where you can walk the dog.

Easy and friendly no stress communication with staff.
This isn’t a dislike more an observation. The decor could do with a refresh as paint is pealing off the ceiling in my room. The furniture is somewhat bashed and bit tired.

The room is spacious. There is a kitchen, dining area and balcony. Very near to the main train station and is in the quiet area of the city center. The staff esp Doma is helpful and polite. There is a nice Sushi Restaurant with good food. It works well for me because it's just 15 mins beautiful walk to the venue of my training. Breakfast is basic but enough. Happy with my stay.
Might be nice to clean the ashtray in the balcony for non smoker guest.

Fantastic location, we were in walking distance to the station, shops, restaurants, courteous, friendly and helpful staff, easy check in, delicious breakfast, clean room with incredible view.

Friendly staff and very helpful. have outdoor parking included. 10 min walk from train to ski. big room.
It needs to be restyled, it's a little old. the beds are not bad, but they could have more comfortable mattresses, after all it is the most important thing in the hotel.

Fantastic location, short walk from central square and main train station.
The room was missing Air Conditioning. During the hot evenings of August it was uncomfortable.
