A fabulous hotel, great location, everything you need and more. Boot room is so convenient and you literally step out on to the snow and start your run to the chair. Really comfortable bed and all amenities you need in the room. Great breakfast, lovely bar and outdoor terrace. Lovely spa with outdoor hot tub and sauna…perfect post ski relaxation. Wonderful, friendly and helpful staff who make your stay easy. A special mention to Charlene who was super helpful and kind …much appreciated as a solo traveller 😊

The hotel was incredible!! Fabulous location with breathtaking views and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind - especially the concierge. He went out of his way to prepare a breakfast for us to take when we had a very early checkout. We loved the amazing restaurants and buffet breakfast. We also enjoyed the spa treatments.

I can’t think of anything we were unhappy about - it exceeded our expectations.

Loved the decor of the hotel, glad we booked a Club room for space in the room, bathrooms spacious and beds super comfy with room cleaned every day. Easy to adjust heating, bathroom so warm no need to heat room itself. Bar was very welcoming and a nice place to re group after a hard days skiing.

Missed not having a balcony as every other accommodation we have stayed at in Avoriaz had one both hotels and Apartments. Spa a bit disappointing as very limited with some facilities out of order although hot tub a great end to the day. Would be nice to have a snack menus available at the bar to accompany drinks. Breakfast was a bit uninspiring and often run out of items but there was a reasonable selection. The ski room wasn't heated and no lockers so we took our boots up to room or they were still wet in the morning - I believe it was temporary due to fire damage but this should have been communicated to us and maybe some sort of compensation as it was a real pain at the beginning and end of the day.

Breakfast and dinner was very good, staff were excellent and friendly. The design of the hotel was quirky, with lots of nooks and small separate seeting areas in the reception area and the bar, which meant you did not feel overlooked and as if you had your own space.

It is only a small thing, but when you are skiing you have lots of costs, jumpers, hats, scarves, ski trousers etc., but there were only 2 hooks behind the door, it would have been great to have twice as many. I was in a hotel skiing last year and they had none.........!

Breakfast was continental with scrambled eggs and plenty of carbs. Perfect for a day on the slopes. Location - as ski in ski out and directly across the street from the ski shop it made rental and carrying skis very easy.

If you are staying half board and skiing very hard, I would recommend the downstairs restaurant if you want to be well fed. Bring google translate on your phone to the restaurant. It will help with the translation of the menu for those, like myself who have forgotten their gcse French.

Hotel was clean and facilities were good. Close to ski lift and shops. The staff were friendly - a special mention to the staff on duty at Les Enfants Terribles on Wednesday 29th March. We had dinner there and service was great!

Nothing negative to say per se. We booked the junior suite but lighting was too dark in the bathroom - so a mirror in the toilet would have been beneficial as it had better lighting!

The ski boot room was awful - very dark, the boot warmer racks were out of use so it was completely overcrowded. The pillows were a bit hard..

Excellent service from staff. Really friendly and serviceminded. Recommendations for restaurants were awesome. Bar is awesome.

Breakfast wasn’t great.

Location, views, car free. Good activities nearby. Everything available in one space.

Hotel is becoming tired. Prefer no use of single use plastics.
