Extremely friendly and helpfull staff - smiley, ready to help, treating each family individually. Fast response on my last minute transportation request, helped with rentals, provided all the guidance needed - very impressive. Public transportation option was not stated explicitly, so the venue offers to arrange a transfer, which is quite costly. THe reality is that there is a bus company called Swiss Tours that makes 4 trips per day from/to Geneva Airport - use it.

Exceptional hospitality from every staff member we interacted with, who went the extra mile to make sure we had what we needed and were content. Our twin room was cozy, spotless, and full of charm, as was the rest of the chalet. Jacuzzi and relaxation area are free of charge, including bathrobes and footwear. The continental breakfast was one of the best we've had, and they offer the possibility of dining to a set and carefully crafted menu. We absolutely plan on staying here again.

Only that they're closing for the interseason between September and early December. Would have been great to use this as a base for fall hiking.

Very friendly staff who really worked hard to make our stay as perfect as possible. A really warm and friendly atmosphere, it felt like staying in an excellent catered chalet. Every evening they offer a 4 course meal with canapés to start and the guests can get to know each other and chat about what they’ve done that day - like a fantastic shared catered chalet. There is also complementary afternoon tea with snacks and an excellent breakfast. We’ll definitely book again.

All was great, one minor thing to improve was the curtains in our room were a little thin which let light from the balcony lights into the room so it wasn’t completely dark at nighttime. We didn’t mention it and I’m sure if we had, the staff would have immediately done something about it - they really go the extra mile to make sure everyone has a good stay.

Loved this property! The staff were so welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was stunning, best shaksuka I’ve ever had. Home made granola was lovely!

The time I spent with my family at the hotel I stayed in was wonderful. All employees were friendly and helpful. Our room was small but comfortable enough. Will I go again? Certainly. 😊

If you are booking to stay here and want your evening meals provided then I suggest you book them in advance. we were told that it was not possible to eat in the main chalet for our entire trip.
