The location was perfect , close to the lift and central to the village. The cosy bar was a really nice place to relax at any time of the day.The decor was warm and welcoming. Quality of the food at breakfast and in the restaurants was excellent. Bedroom has really good storage and the bed was really comfortable. All staff were really polite and helpful. The pigeon hole to leave the room key (and the little steps)!

Having to pay extra for certain items at breakfast. Toiletries in the room were a little bit disappointing for a spa hotel. The ski room was a bit cramped if there were several ppl putting their boots etc on.

Great location close to the slopes and main lifts. Staff were very helpful, you could chat with them at the front desk or over WhatsApp. Hotel remained really clean throughout the stay. Breakfast had lots of great options. Especially liked the small touches like giving everyone a pair of sliders that you can wear to the spa, or boot room.

Bed's were a little on the hard side. Accessing the spa is a bit tricky as you have to walk through the garage and then get a lift, and jaccuzi is quite cold in the spa. This is me being picky because the spa is great, just something to note!

Best thing for us was the location, across the road access to multiple lifts. Great ski hire options right next door too. The boot room set up was fab. Also the reception sorted our lift passes really quickly for us which was v convienent. The were also able to grant us a late check out on our last day without an extra fee - this was so valuable for us. Parking also provided for a reasonable fee. We stayed in a sweet and it was enormous, bigger than I expected.

Pool was too cold for me, kids ok for a short time.

The stay was amazing since we arrived, the room so big and comfy with great views I loved the Wellness area, very cosy, comfy, the sauna and the hamman the best ones! The restaurant was great and thanks to the staff that brought me a candle for my boyfriends birthday!! Definetly we are gonna miss the wellness área but we are coming back for sure and for more days :)

There was a strong gas smell in the Tapiaz building.

The location is superb. The bedrooms are well equipped, clean, warm and comfortable. The variety of restaurants is great, all serving excellent food. On the whole the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The showers in the on suits were often cold in the evening. The bar staff were not as attentive as in previous years, on some occasions we waited up to 25 minutes to receive our drinks. Again, in previous years, bar snacks were made available with drinks, this year we were informed we must ask for them.

Spa, pool, sauna, all facilities were exceptional. The staff went above and beyond, they were so helpful. Our room was amazing, it was so big and clean. Les Gets has so many activities we also had something to do, will definitely be back!

The hotel bar was closed for the duration of our stay but there were so many nearby we didn't notice this too much. Just would have been nice on the stormier days - the weather was quite bad one of the evenings but not the end of the world!

This hotel was really lovely, great facilities, spa, bars , restaurants, right next to the slope. Breakfast was varied and delicious, staff incredibly helpful and friendly. The ski storage was great and with heated boot holders. Everything was faultless with the hotel.

We were working there and the Wi-Fi strength wasn’t strong enough to take video calls. I used my hotspot on a Vodafone network though and it was perfect, so not a dead zone but just not reliable on Wi-Fi alone

Location of this hotel is exceptional - right next to the main ski lift and also right in the middle of town! 1st & 2nd floor rooms all renovated to high standard

No real on site parking, but town NCP is only 100 metres away

Loved the position. Comfortable beds. Clean. Balcony. Breakfast was great.

Wish the swimming pool was open early so I would have been able to swim before my breakfast. Shame the jacuzzi didn't open until 3.30pm. Housekeeping came a bit early for us.

Absolutely top notch location, beautiful spacious room, direct view of slopes, choice of restaurants.

Frontline rooms get noise from piste bashers at 6am but nothing anyone can do about that, it comes with the location. Service at the bar a bit patchy.
