Cracking hotel, full of character, gorgeous rooms, super location, lovely pool and welcoming owners. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment (can fit 6) - it was very comfortable for a family of 4. It was all immaculate. They also have a lift which was very useful as I recover from knee surgery.

Our only niggle isn’t about the hotel itself, but a very loud extractor fan above one of the neighbouring restaurants which did spoil what we hoped would be an enjoyable evening or two looking at the stars from our balcony. If booking, I’d recommend asking for a room at the front of the hotel to lessen the impact.

Pleasant Bar Hotel in old town area. The rooms have a balcony and are reasonable spacious. Small kitchenette, large fridge and dishwasher included. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms modern and well maintained. The cleaning staff come each day and are excellent. The Hotel is within 5 mins easy stroll to the main lifts. Breakfast was more than adequate and the options were good. The bar attached to the hotel is the main hang-out for the locals and chalet staff.

Evening food option is limited to tapas in the bar area. Not the cheapest option but a lot more value than many - the rooms were good and the location was central.

Studio apartment was large and well equipped. Loved the jacuzzi, pool and Sauna. We skiied after check out and came back to use showers, bag room. All good. Bar area was lively, friendly with lots of dogs and young folk. Our room had a triple thickness door so no noise issues. Darts, pool, table football, chess and hundreds of board games. Nice social seating areas. Football on the TV. Great location just 3-5 mins walk to Chavanne lift. Proprietors were a lovely couple, helpful and friendly, spoke good English. Would recommend highly.

Great hotel with a superb location just in the center of Les Gets! Everything is close by: shops, restaurants etc. Our kids loved the pool especially. The games room/bar was a nice bonus, although we didn't use it that much due to the weather being so nice outside. It was our 10th year wedding anniversary so the hotel surprised us wonderfully with a bottle of sparkling and some sweets.

The only downside was the noises from the street during the night.

Hotel is in a superb location, directly in the village with ski hire shop directly opposite. The room is clean, warm, and a good size with a well equipped kitchenette. Boot room area is easily accessible and spacious, ample & safe parking for the hire car and a baggage store for the final day. We enjoyed a continental breakfast and appreciate being able to cook our own eggs and bacon. The bar with games room is an added bonus, especially with teenage boys, who enjoyed hanging out independently in the evening.

Bars prices are expensive. Hot tub more warm than hot.

Hotel is in a great location for all resort facilities. OK size rooms and very useful kitchenette. Bar downstairs is handy and great if you want to play board games. Edith is very friendly and helpful. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that . Was sorry we didn’t have swimwear as outdoor pool was open and looked steaming hot and inviting in the snow :-) We found it very comfortable and would happily book again .

Road side room was pretty noisy if you are a light sleeper . Bar downstairs ,taxis collecting in early morning and deliveries - but we did have our window open for some air so I’m sure it wouldn’t be so bad for others .

We enjoyed our stay here - staff friendly, rooms spacious, comfortable and clean and great location. Brilliant ski storage with heated boot racks and the Sauna, hot tub and outdoor pool whilst basic were clean and a really lovely added bonus after a day on the slopes.

Very welcoming owner. Ideally located in the Vieux Village. Room Suite 317 slept 6 people very comfortably in two en suite bedrooms and lounge area. Great mountain view from the balcony. Buffet breakfast was superb, lots of choice. Free underground parking. I rate this hotel very highly and certainly will be back *

Fantastic location in the centre of Les Gets. Great to have a pool although the area around the pool etc could do with some maintenance and updating. Bike storage was excellent. Room was just what we needed with small kitchenette, 3 beds and balcony.

Not much. A little updating around the pool would be nice. Some more cutlery, plates and glasses would be helpful as only 3 of each so we were washing up a lot.

Fantastic location and lovely family-run service. 200m or so from the main lift and closer on the way back. Excellent games room/bar and a fab fitness/jacuzzi/sauna suite and baggage room that we used on the day of departure.

I wouldn’t bother with the self-service bacon and eggs - a hassle!
