My 17-year-old daughter and I recently stayed at Hotel Labrador in Les Gets, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, Nicolas and his amazing team made us feel incredibly welcome — warm, charming, and always accommodating. The hotel is a perfect blend of cosy chalet style and modern comfort. Our room on the second floor had a beautiful view, was very comfortable, and featured a great shower and modern bathroom. The Sunday brunch was a real highlight — generous, fresh, and beautifully presented. Breakfast was also excellent, with a large and varied selection of fresh products that we both enjoyed. We especially loved the outdoor pool and relaxation area — stunning and peaceful, perfect. A sincere thank you to Nicolas and his staff for making our stay so memorable. Highly recommended the hotel for anyone looking for a charming, high-quality stay in Les Gets. We’ll definitely be back.

Probably the best hotel in Les Gets. We have stayed at the Labrador Residence before when it was part of the hotel but this is the first time in the main hotel. We have stayed at another hotel in Les Gets but unfortunately that has lost its edge. The rooms are a good size modern bathroom and traditional character in bedroom area. The staff here are excellent friendly and helpful unlike our previous hotel where staff left us waiting 25 minutes to order a drink despite three of them being at the bar. The facilities are exceptional with an indoor pool, exercise equipment and sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. In the evening you can swim outside heated outdoor pool. They have an excellent chef who produces excellent selection of food, a couple of the best fish dishes I have ever tasted. The meals at the top end restaurant quality. I would have no hesitation recommending this hotel with its friendly homely ambiance. It’s a short walk to chair lift or bus stops 50 metres from hotel to catch free bus. If you’re are looking for somewhere to stay in Les Gets even if you are a non-skier this is the place to be without a doubt. My wife said it was the best ski holiday she has ever had.

Delicious breakfast! The staff was incredibly accommodating of my gluten-free diet, as I have celiac disease. The chef whipped up fresh gluten-free pancakes each morning that were excellent!

My partner and I were there to mountain bike in Les Gets and Morzine, and we found we couldn’t wash clothes in the bathroom sink, as we couldn’t find a way to close the drain. However, there was an inexpensive laundromat within easy walking distance of the hotel, and this worked well for us.

Hotel Labrador is a very attractive hotel beautifully presented, has a great spa and is close to the ski slopes. We had great weather and snow, hence it was just around a 100 metre walk across the road where you were then able to ski down to the Chavannes chairlift. We stayed on a B&B basis and the breakfast was very good.

The engagement of the owner , his enthusiasm and passion to make this family hotel a success rubs off on all the staff and made us feel valued guests. The attention to detail was reflected in all aspects of the hotel from the canapes with pre dinner drinks to an excellent restaurant. I marked down very slightly on the location because it is not central, but on reflection the very short walk into the centre is probably a bonus to obtain the lovely view down the valley to the south west and taking advantage of the partner ski hire shop Skimium with free storage just by the Chavannes express lift meant that ski carrying was reduced to about 30 metres. If this review sounds too gushing I make no apology. I wish this new enterprise well and would certainly recommend it.

Really struggling to think of anything.

The hotel was everything you could ask for from a weeks stay. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. The standards are very high.. All the staff were welcoming and did that little bit extra to help with any issues.

Room with view over pool towards mountains, pool and spa great at the end of the day and breakfast had good choice. Hotelier and staff were friendly and welcoming always. Short walk to restaurants and ski lift.
