First of all it is very clean, thanks to that quite cozy. Comfortable bed, small bathroom in the room cleaned every day and desk, if you sometimes need to sit down at the computer. Windows soundproof well, so if you get a room on the road side, you can sleep peacefully when you close them. In our room there was a fan, which was enough to cool the room slightly. Breakfast is at a great price and is a little wider than a classic French croissant with coffee. Good price in relation to quality and location - close to Chamonix and Annecy. And last but not least - very polite and friendly service, greetings!

Hotel national was easy to find with parking right on the doorstep. The staff were so warmly welcoming and encouraged us to explore Cluses, giving us a map and identifying different bars and restaurants we might enjoy. Their English was perfect. The rooms were on the smaller side, but absolutely fine for our purposes, a stop en route to Italy. The beds were very comfortable, controllable heating, windows and shutters you could open etc so you could set your desired temperature. Shower was also great. The views were lovely, and Cluses itself had enough good bars and restaurants to meet our needs. Breakfast was typical continental with pastries, meats, cheeses, and good coffee.

The couple that run the hotel are really friendly and approachable, and we felt very welcome. The room was a good size, very clean and with a comfortable bed. The location is very convenient and there is a great bakery next door.

Apart from a few spaces outside the hotel, parking is in a (free) public car park a hundred metres down the road. Not a big deal, but worth knowing.

Quiet, cool room at the back had minimal natural light with a wall / rock face a couple of meters away. Swings and roundabouts. Not an issue if you don't intend to spend much time in the room.

Location was perfect, just a short walk to the train station at Cluses. The woman staffing reception was so very nice and helpful, suggesting restaurants and places to see in town, which was very walkable. Breakfast was fantastic with coffee, juices, fruits and crepes in addition to croissants and breads. Perfect base for exploring the region.

Everything, super hotel with an exceptional and friendly welcome. Sorted parking, bike storage, they recommended and booked a restaurant for our evening meal. There wasn't any more they could have done. Rooms were nicely furnished with a great shower and comfy beds. Good breakfast and a personal send off from the patron.

Extremely nice place, very spacious room with en-suit, very quiet, very comfortable, very clean and high quality. Perfect place to relax when travelling by car. The breakfast was very good as well with fresh baker's good and great choice of juice, milk, tea, coffee, ect.

The parking space is usually full, so you have to look for a spot near the hotel, but there are plenty of spaces available literally a few steps away from the place.

the location is great, very easily accessible from the highway and very close to Chamonix! The greeting at arrival was one of the best we had so far. really nice staff, very helpful, big smiles and they even spoke very good English! unfortunately we only stayed for one night, but we will come back for sure. Rooms are big enough, clean, additional pillows and extra blankets are available if you’re cold. We didn’t have breakfast, but coffee was good! we would recommend this hotel without hesitation!

Staff was fantastic, we were cycling from London to Chamonix and it was great to have support in keeping our bike safe for the night. Lovely staff and they speak English. Very welcoming!! Good breakfast and comfy room!

Very lovely receptionist that guided us to parking and recommended local traditional restaurants. Room was lovely, internet speedy. We requested rooms close to each other and it was perfect! Very comfy and amazing value for money especially if you driving and want to save few $ when visiting Chamonix MB. Couldn't recommend more.

Everything was really great, only addition could have been a little fridge to store drinks and food for the kids as they are bit fussy, but that was never a must.
