This is a simple yet charming hotel with everything you need for a great stay. Rooms are bigger than expected for a ski hotel, very warm, comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom. Perfect for families. The staff are super friendly and help out with anything. The hotel is perfectly located, just a few minutes from the slopes with ski hire right next door. The restaurant did us a lovely meal for New Years eve and there are loads of find options on your doorstep. Overall we were happily surprised as the hotel was priced a little lower than others. Maybe because it doesn't have unnecessary frills and instead focusses on space, comfort and service.

The Hotel was in an ideal location for all amenities in les Gets. The room was clean , and shower was v good. The staff were very accommodating in particular on day of departure making sure that we were able to take most of breakfast with us , which was great.

Unfortunately walls dividing rooms not as insulated as may be needed as you could hear every bump and noise from adjoining rooms . You could also hear conversations from rooms next to you.

Really friendly, helpful staff. Laurie and Camille were great! Apartment room with a fold out bed was perfect for our group of 4. Would book again.

One thing - apartment room could have done with a towel to dry dishes after washing up. And maybe the provision of some basics of cooking oil and seasoning would be helpful, but did not expect those provisions.

I was a little nervous having read the reviews about Hotel Regina but was very pleasantly surprised. Very centrally located to everything and great to have the supermarket next door. Our rooms were cleaned every day and fresh towels provided.

Great location two minutes from the main lifts and with food outlets and bars nearby. Nice spa over the road at the back too. Our room was clean and comfortable for the two of us. The shower was fantastic!

Breakfast is limited but there are plenty of places nearby. No lift, so not ideal if you struggle carrying cases upstairs. This wasn't an issue for us though.

The rooms was very clean and well finished. The bed was reasonably comfortable though pillows could be better. Bathroom was bright and very clean. Most importantly the shower was hot and powerful. Breakfast area was nice and food was good and great value.

Stairways and circulation areas could be bit brighter and freshened up. Better directions for parking would be useful when arriving late.

The staff were lovely and very accommodating. The location was exceptional. Right in the town centre and close to the lifts.

The hotel doesn’t have a lift and we were on the 4th floor. This is the only reason the hotel didn’t get 10/10.

location is everything - the chalet Hotel Regina is in a perfect location. the staff on check in and throughout our stay could not have been better.
