Lovely relaxed stay at this chilled and friendly hotel on a Ski trip. We really liked our room over looking the Pool and mountains. Breakfast was really nice with scrambled eggs, mushrooms, spinach, and tomatoes, plus the usual cereals, pastries, yoghurt, fruits, meats, and cheeses. Bed was really comfy. As per just about every hotel I've stayed at in Morzine, I turned off the radiator and opened the balcony door at night to keep it cool enough for me :-) The pool was actually really nice to have after a day of skiing and was perfectly warm enough to enjoy even in January. We would definitely stay again.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Myself and 2 friends spent 4 nights here and would recommend this hotel to everyone. We had delayed flights upon arrival but the hotel ensured we could still check in (we didn't arrive until midnight!!) and Ade sure we had everything we needed. The hotel also provided free pick up and drop off at the ski lifts and we're always ready to help if we need assistance. The staff at the hotel were the friendliest and most helpful staff Ive ever encountered and the hotels position in two is perfect for quickly getting to shops, bars, restaurants and the ski lifts! We''re already planning to come back to this hotel next year!!! We loved it!

This hotel is so relaxing! It is warm, comfy, clean and the bar area with the fire, sofas and easy going music make this place feel really homely. The staff are all really friendly, easy going and helpful. I didn’t catch her name but the lady on reception in particular was really helpful, going out of her way to assist us. The pool and sauna are great. Breakfast was very generous.

Some areas of the hotel could do with a refresh/ modernisation. The pool could be a couple of degrees hotter (its warm but not hot)

A fantastic hotel, absolutely perfect for our stay. We stayed for three nights. It’s a 5 minute max walk to super morzine. We’d left our skis and boots at the rental so was very easy. Hotel does have a boot room though if you need it. We used the swimming pool and sauna every day post ski and it was lovely to have such facilities. The bar was warmed by a fire every night and it was well stocked. Breakfast lovely. We would not hesitate to stay here again, really has all you need and the staff are absolutely fantastic.

Breakfast was lovely !! But not much choice or variety each day to day

Same things every day no variety and not much choice for breakfast When rooms were turned down they didn’t remove dirty cups just left them in the side each day. One staff member was very rude and didn’t feel like she wanted to help she just seemed understaffed and made this our problem rather than hers. Wouldn’t let us use the pool/sauna at 8pm when it didn’t say anywhere what the opening / closing times were of the pool. Rude about this - think she just didn’t want to bother opening the small cover for us. One younger girl was lovely and really helpful and kind.

Excellent location for the ski lifts and the town. A lovely traditional hotel. We had a family room between 2 (there were no other rooms available when we booked) which was large and immaculately clean with lots of hanging space. The bar area was comfortable and relaxing. There is a heated outdoor pool with views of the mountains. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. Check in and check out were easy and the information provided before we arrived was very useful. Everyone was friendly and helpful and we had an amazing stay. There is a shuttle bus to the lifts which avoids the uphill walk! We will definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was great. This is a 3 star hotel and admittedly the rooms are basic & small, however they are kept clean. The dining area & lounge / bar are very comfortable & spacious. The hotel has more of a large chalet vibe which we enjoyed rather than a large hotel where it takes ages to get around from place to place. We felt so comfortable we took slippers to sit in front of the fire. The staff were very helpful & super friendly making it an amazing holiday. We will 100% be coming back here. Location is superb as well, 500m from super morzine lift, 600m from the square, shops & restaurants, a little further to the Pleny lift.

Really cosy hotel. Lovely breakfast with hot and cold options as well as gluten free. The sauna, outdoor heated pool and games room were a bonus (table tennis and two table football machines). Lots of books in the comfy lounge / bar area. Bathroom was a good size and nice to have a balcony. Very close to a supermarket and short stroll into town centre and main gondolas or take the free bus that runs from 7am until 10pm every few minutes. Bus P stops about 200m from hotel on Rte de La Plagne and goes straight to Pleney gondola where you can change onto the A bus that goes every 7 minutes to the Prodains (Avoriaz Express) gondola.

Twin room was really right for space with barely enough room to walk around the beds but plenty of room downstairs in bar/lounge area to relax.

The hotel is like a step back in time to old fashioned values and comfort. The cosy armchairs by the fire and the personal service from the staff were such a delight. The swimming pool and sauna were a lovely bonus and a great way to relax after skiing. Breakfast was delicious and any left over pastries were popped on the bar in reception for us to enjoy after skiing. We loved our stay and would 100% recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay here for a week. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room on the top floor was very spacious and had a great view of the town and the mountains. There was plenty of space for our family and the place was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was of a good standard and had a wide variety of options too.

The elevator didn't go to the top floor, so we had to carry suitcases up one flight of stairs. This wasn't a problem for us, but it might be for some people.
