Exceptional staff who went out of their way to help us and accomodate and special requests. Great breakfast in a very relaxed style and nothing was too much bother for any of the staff. The room was comfortable with a fantastic shower and a lovey balcony to the rear of the property with a distant mountian view. There is a lovey swimming pool jacuzzi sauna, pool table, kids play area and no doubt loads of other stuff that we didnt get an opportunity to see or use. We couldn't recommend this hotel highly enough and special mentions have to go to Jean and Thomas and the young guy on Recption who's name we unfortunatly didn't get.

I have stayed at the Neve twice this year, once with friends and most recently over half term with my wife and two children (12 & 15). Overall a perfect, owner run, family hotel. The hotel was apparently renovated 4 years ago but it feels brand new. Very stylish decor, comfortable lounge and bar area with open fire and the world’s most comfortable sofas. Well stocked bar and a great restaurant. Good size boot room with heated lockers to dry out and warm your boots. The spa is beautiful - indoor pool, outdoor jacuzzi with views of the mountains, steam room, sauna, massage room and a relaxation room. There’s also a small gym with a few free weights, bike and treadmill. It saw more use than I’d expected. Certainly a winner for our 15 year old son. Rooms are all quite different. We had a Suite which proved really useful as a place to gather everyone together in the morning. Lots of space to hang up ski wear, helmets etc. The kids had a twin room which was well proportioned for their needs. Beds are lovely, daily serviced and have everything you could need.

We liked the very attractive decor, with modern furnishings, excellent decorative touches and very efficient bathroom. We thought the staff were exceptional, always happy to help us and genuinely pleased to advise when required. The location in the centre of Morzine and on the local bus routes is also very good and the fact that there was a hotel mini bus to transport us to the ski shops and lifts in the mornings was a welcome bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed the generous breakfasts and whenever we ate in the restaurant we thought the food was imaginative and tasty. Finally, the spa facility including pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room was a delightful way to relax after a day on the slopes.

Hotel is relaxed and the staff continue this atmosphere yet are very professional, it is the exact welcome and feeling you want when you’re on vacation. Rooms are perfect size with good facilities, clean and large bathroom. Swimming pool is perfect to relax in the afternoon along with the bar and garden space. Breakfast has numerous options which will satisfy anyone, really tasty and consistently replenished. Location is perfect for a short walk into town, easy parking.

The only improvement would be the “casting” system to the TV never worked correctly…(very minor and didn’t detract from our stay) but if it’s option it should function across all platforms.

Everything about this hotel is great. This is our 2nd stay and we’ve come back for the comfort, the vibe and that welcoming, homely feeling you get from the property and staff. The facilities are really good (beautiful spa, pool, terrace, room for kids, sofa area…) and everything is always spotless. The staff is always very friendly and ready to help. The food is particularly tasty, from the breakfast (which is a highlight of the stay) to the restaurant, Bertine. It’s always such a relaxing experience. We will be back again!

Breakfast was fantastic, we loved the fresh orange juice station and the delicious scrambled eggs. Plenty of choice for everyone. The spa was great after a day on the slopes. It smelt lovely and was very clean with plenty of towels available. The pool area was a bit rowdy with kids jumping in the rings. But the hot tub was great. Room was a good size with a handy fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. We really enjoyed the stay and the hotel had a good atmosphere for drinks in the bar area. Location was about a 8 minute walk to the Super Morzine lift and 10 minutes to Le Pleney. There is a ski locker and a ski bus stop just outside the hotel.

The food was fantastic. Bedroom was very comfortable and large bed. The location was excellent, right outside the main bus stop to get to the ski lift tele-cabin. A nice short walk to the town centre for bars, shops and restaurants. Facilities were excellent. Go for a ski then come back and sit in the sunshine in the jacuzzi - what more could you want. The hotel is excellent for kids as well as adults and the staff were lovely!

The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. They helped with a lot of little extra stuff. We could charge our electric car for free which has become rare even in 5 stars hotels. Breakfast was great. Décoration pays attention to détails and the play rooms for children are fantastic.

The hotel was fabulous! It was really trendy and decorated really well and had a wonderful down-to-earth ambience! All the staff were really happy, incredibly friendly and happy to help. We were able to check into our room early which was brilliant. The amenities were excellent at the hotel including a wonderful spa, swimming pool and jacuzzi and also a pool table and cozy fireplace/ lounge area for drinks and games! I highly recommend eating at the restaurant attached (restaurant bertine) as the food was delicious - the best we ate in Morzine! We ended up eating there for 3 of our 5 nights. Honestly the hotel was such a treat to go back to after a hard day of skiing and it feels far more like a 4 star hotel! On my next trip to Morzine I will be staying at the Hotel Neve again!

Nothing - everything was great

What an absolutely amazing stay from start to finish. The hotel decor and finish is second to none and is very quirky. The swimming pool and spa is brilliant, very clean, spacious not busy and just what you need after a day skiing. We had the room in the roof with a gigantic bath in the apex with a window overlooking the mountains. Every single staff member in this hotel has done anything asked of them and couldn’t be anymore helpful and friendly. We ate in the restaurant one night and again service was outstanding and the food was out of this world (the pot of lamb is a must try). The hotel is 5 star service couldn’t recommend it anymore!
