Lovely breakfast. Tea, Coffee Orange & Apple juice, choice of milk and dairy free, yoghurts, fruits, muesli honey, jam, cheeses, cold platter, butter, croissants, bread (3 types) including fresh baguettes, eggs both scrambled and boiled, sausage/bacon and excellent coffee. Excellent and attentive staff. Bed and pillows very comfortable and very quiet.

There is nothing I did not like. One more plug socket in the room would mean I could charge my phone or laptop without disconnecting the fridge. The other minor issue was the room temperature - the radiator was always on so the room temp was always very warm - it may be centrally controlled.

Good European standard breakfast every day; half/full board not offered. Single room is spacious with plenty of storage space, ensuite and a balcony. Kettle and small fridge available but no tea/coffee provided. Small balcony looking toward the mountains. Sauna and pool available although never used either. Secure heated ski and boot room available. There is also a bar and seating area for the evenings.

Would have been nice to have tea/coffee facilities available. Wasn't a fan of the bed and pillows which were a bit hard for my liking although I confess to being fussy about both!

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice and plentiful. My room was cozy and had a nice view. I did not use the pool because I forgot to bring my swimming costume but it looked nice. There is a bar and a lounge where guests can relax and have a good beer after a day of skiing.

The location of the hotel was a little far from the ski lift. The wifi in my room was weak most of the time. At night, the blue on/off light from the TV (signalling that the TV is switched off) is really bright which affected my sleep.

The hotel is centrally located for both main ski lifts and the main high street for restaurants and shops. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast has a great selection of fresh fruits, yogurts, variety of cooked eggs/pancakes plus a cold selection of cheeses and meats and various types of bread. Plenty of juice and hot drinks. The hotel also has a swimming pool and a large lounge/bar area to relax and socialise. If you are travelling by car, there is a large parking area.

Friendly and helpful staff, rooms cleaned every day (if you want them to be), plenty of breakfast essentials, close to both Super Morzine and Le Pleney, and convenient for the town. We really enjoyed our stay here in our triple room. There’s also a bar/lounge area which we didn’t use much except for eating our takeaway food sometimes!

We appreciated the heating being but found it a bit hot at night! Easily resolved by sleeping with the balcony door very slightly ajar.

From the moment we arrived, staff were friendly & welcoming. Our room seemed recently refurbished & was a great space for us - clean bathroom, with lovely big shower. Breakfast was simple, using lovely fresh produce (fruit, breads, pastries) good coffee machine too. Nice little sauna with a clean pool to dip into afterwards. Great location for both lifts (5-10 minutes walk). The table tennis was also good fun!

5 minute walk to the Le pleney and Super morzine gondala. The use of a pool and sauna after a day on the slopes.Breakfast was just what you needed and plenty of it.Vincent was an excellent host nothing too much trouble.

Nothing to say negative about it. Possibly more comfy seats in the bar area as only one area with sofas. A bit bright too couod do with turning the lights down a bit in the evening. Could possibly try and get netflix on the TV,s to watch a movie in the evening in your room

Everything was spotlessly clean. The room was beautifully warm, decent size and loads of storage. The shower was strong and heavenly. Breakfast was excellent too with just about everything you could want including 3 cooked options every day. Just a 2 minute walk to the centre of town and Super Morzine lift. Couldn’t fault a single thing.

The one and only thing I could possibly fault is the pillows. They could do with being fatter!

The room was as described, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and someone was always available to answer any questions we had. The breakfast was really good, I couldn't fault it as there were so many options available.

The suana was very small, but this information was already shared. The suana comfortably fits about 4 people. The pool was a good temperature and decent size, but the pool tiles looked a little dirty, which didn't stop me from using it, though:)

In terms the hotel it was only B&B but both were superb. The room was not large but fine for me (double bed) and balcony overlooking the Supermorzine gondola and views of the mountain. Lovely staff and exceptionally clean and thoughtful. Breakfast options stellar. Scrambled eggs fresh bacon 3 varieties of bread, fruit yoghurt, muesli dried fruits croissants jams cheeses, ham, beans, pancakes etc etc.

I guess I would have liked a couple more plug points to charge phone laptop etc. The only plug I easily accessed was the fridge. I also had a small kettle appear only about 10 days into my stay but that was a very small issue. Had I requested one I have absolutely no doubt I would have got one - the staff were superb.
