We arrived earlier than the check in time stated but the staff were welcoming and our room was already ready so we’re able to check in early. The hotel was beautifully furnished with super modern interiors, very well presented. The staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble - we needed a gluten free breakfast and they went out their way to provide this, even with a seperate toaster to avoid cross contamination. The location was easily accessible via bus, walking or a short taxi. I would happily stay here again.

Probably the only downfall staying here was a slight issue with soundproofing - when upstairs ran any water (tap or shower etc) we could hear it quite loudly.

Beautifully designed and well equipped hotel. Our room was more luxurious than we were expecting - with mood lighting, hidden TV, small terrace - and the best shower I’ve ever had - and big enough for two! ;-) The owner/builder of the property is clearly very proud of his property - and rightly so. He’s done a great job.

Couple of niggles. The rooms do smell overpoweringly of cleaning product or air freshener. A little too much. We felt the 300 euro deposit (on top of room cost) was excessive - and it took several days after we left to get it back. Morzine itself is too far to walk in the evenings.

We did not eat breakfast with them, but I did get a massage from one of their masseuse and it was wonderful and the cost was comparable to what it was in the US

The literature could have been in English. The receptionist did not speak English. We could’ve used two pillows extra in our room, and I wonder why the European countries don’t have washcloths.

New (or renovated), clean, hip but not too much, traditional but modern at the same time. Good bar for some early drinks. Really loved it…

Nothing. Some may feel the walk into Morzine centre is far (20 mins) but location is worth it and a walk often nice to start and end the evening….

We needed to check-in early, our host was very accommodating. The chalet-style rooms are very nicely decorated, with lots of high tech gadgets and innovative decorating ideas...like a TV that emerges from the foot of the bed, little sparkling stars in the ceiling, and a large stone that makes the separation for the shower. (I have to admit I actually thought there was a cow fur wall until I touched it and discovered it was tile!). The reception-bar-game room area is quite inviting for adults and children... and dont forget to use the jacuzzi (bathrobes and slippers are provided)!

The wooden counter top around the stone sink in our room has not resisted water over time; it was stained/missing varnish in places.

Bed was comfortable, the location was handy as we we're driving. There was a dog called Tequila <3

The blue light coming from the light switch was very bright and woke me up a few times

We looked forward to an excellent nights sleep after a long day of skiing thanks to very comfortable mattresses. We had all the kitchen supplies you could ask for. The proximity to the bus stop was perfection - literally outside our door.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. The decor really is beautiful and having the jacuzzi after a days skiing was a bonus 🤩

Room was very warm and couldn’t open windows as we were on the ground floor we had a door that opened up to our patio for others to be able to come in. So couldn’t open due security.

Beautiful rustic features with modern design. This property is one of a kind from the starlights in the planked ceiling to the massive stone separating the shower! Much thought into the design of this place!

Nothing! It’s perfect!

Fantastic stay, with a very nice host. We felt here like home, really. We took 2 rooms in January and stayed for 4 nights (came for skiing). Amazing breakfast/ clean/ nice
