The shutters blacked out the room so no light disturbance. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Staff were, polite, helpful and informative. Simple and fresh continental and warm breakfast with the best scrambled eggs and smoked bacon (the baked beans looked good but didnt partake for good reason!)

Bathroom was a little tired but nicely clean. For some reason there are no glasses to drink from in the room. Sound proofing between rooms should be better.

This is an exceptional hotel, from the moment we arrived Alex and his team gave us the warmest welcome and even though we arrived before check in the team gave us all the time and attention we needed for all things ski (hire, maps, weather, passes etc) The location is superb at the bottom of the Pleney bubble lift and ski to hotel is possible. The breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice (beans and bacon and egg all available too). The hotel bar seems to be the best apres ski meeting at the bottom of the slope and the best lunch stop too. We cannot fault this hotel everything has been A1 perfect. What really made our stay was the warmth and friendliness of all their staff - it really makes a difference - attentive - helpful - and all with a smile. Thank you team Tremplin

We stayed here for 10 days (I Think) the end of March into April to get the last of the snow. We received a super Friendly arrival from the girls on reception who continued their friendly manner throughout the holiday. Fantastic location with great views from the balcony, joining in with the apres from the veranda was mega! The music finished at 2000ish with all the punters away by 2100 so it wasn't loud into the wee hours which was good (we're getting old now)! :( The hotel is at the base of the main lift up to the Le Gets side of the resort, the main lift to the Avoriaz side is only a 5min walk away. Loads of shops, bars & restaurants within arms reach of hotel. Breakfast was always very good, exactly what was needed before a morning shredding. Rooms had everything that is needed, comfy bed, separate shower & toilet, cupboard space & a secure boot & board room downstairs. WiFi was OK too.

Nothing to complain about really... There was only 1 plug socket but we took an extension with us.

Brilliant location for ski and apres ski. incredibly helpful and friendly staff . our flights were cancelled and they could not have been kinder, unprompted organised us to keep 2 of our rooms until we could get the much later flight. Good atmosphere - enough apres ski life to make you feel part of the social scene but much quieter into the evening . Generous breakfast. All in all this is very good value for money and we would stay there again .

This property is very realistically priced for its level of accommodation , it’s not trying to make itself out to be 5 star super modern luxury so it’s hard to find faults . Better wi fi and more control of the room temperature are hopefully small things that will happen with upgrades over time and were certainly not the end of the world

The staff were excellent- couldn’t have been more helpful, cheerful, proactive and interested- they really made our holiday! Location was second to none- a matter of steps to the main Pleny lift, ski hire shop, après ski & centre of Morzine

Lift and bedrooms a little small but it really didn’t matter for the time you spend in them on a ski holiday - clean & warm rooms, location and staff more than outweigh this.

Location and price...good value. No its not the Ritz but it wasn't 2k a night!

Our room was a little small, however they do offer different rooms for more money. We had a group of blokes next door came back after night out creating a lot of noise. Not the hotels fault but just thought a staff member should have attended to them.

The breakfast was really nice, plenty of food always on the hotplate. A great way to start the day of skiing.

Cant really say anything negative. More snow would of been better. If booking.com would of allowed me to cancel 48hrs before I would of postponed the trip as no snow was in Morzine.

This hotel was perfectly located at the bottom of the ski slopes right next to the lift and Après ski area. It was traditionally charming and very comfortable. The staff were absolutely amazing and nothing was a problem for them. The staff made us feel like we were VIP’s in a 5 star hotel!

The cherry on the top would have been a pool and jacuzzi at the hotel. We love to use a pool and jacuzzi after a day on the slopes and we missed this as an option at this hotel.

Location is superb at the bottom of the lift. Great garden, great bar, super professional, friendly and customer-orientated staff!

The rooms are small and the bathrooms a bit outdated (all works well though), but I was told the entire hotel will be renovated this year.

Breakfast was great, receptionists and bar staff were absolutely ace, brilliant location !

The male manager was standoffish compared to the other staff. Rooms were warm in summer but I understand it’s a ski hotel.
