One of the b st hotels that I have ever stayed. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the food was delicious in the evenings ( I can recommend the hanlfboard )the accomodations location was 2 min near the ski lifts, the facilities were great and the room was comfortable and great size. I would like to thank you for the owners and the staff that stay as it was perfect 1 week relax.

I loved the location (just over the bridge from the super Morzine lift). The room was a comfortable twin (I was travelling with my daughter). The pool, jacuzzi and sauna looked lovely but unfortunately we were unable to use as we forgot to take our own towels and couldn’t hire any. Breakfast was good.

As above, it was a shame we couldn’t hire towels for the pool. Because I booked via booking.com I hadn’t spotted the note on their website re bringing your own towels. I also always like to have tea/ coffee facilities in the room - but there weren’t any here.

Very good breakfast, with good choice of hot and cold food, and lots of delicious croissants/fresh bread/cheese. Location next to the footbridge made access to both the Super Morzine and the Pleney télécabines very easy (especially with the Petit Train linking the two). Dinner in the hotel was excellent, with a vegetarian alternative provided with no problem. Great little pool/Jacuzzi/sauna, perfect after a long day's skiing. And the Hotel Alpina owners/managers were super helpful and accommodating at all times.

Could have started serving breakfast a little earlier, maybe @7.30? Made it slightly rushed to get to the Pleney ski lift for @9am for ski school.

The facilities make this more like a 4* Breakfast is excellent and mercifully free of “music “. Bathroom was well appointed. It is located just by the foot bridge to the centre, but being away from it, one gets the pool and lawn for sunbathing. It is owner managed so service and welcome are first rate. Adequate parking.

The rooms do not have air-con but I guess it would be prohibitively expensive to install.

My room 19 had almost no sound insulation I had an arguing couple one side and an amorous couple on the other. No alarm was needed as all the toilet waste and its associated noises sounded like they were in my room….. not pleasant. Breakfast was tasty but not in a plentiful way, bread butter eggs bacon appeared to be supplied as needed, causing a short wait.

Breakfast was ok. Good coffee machine, good pastries. The staff were on hand if you needed anything.

Not a lot of choice. I understand that you could ask the hosts to cook for you at breakfast but this wasn't made clear if true. No decaf coffee. The serving time of 08:00 to 09:30 isn't the best if you're trying to catch the early lifts.

Very friendly hosts in this family hotel. Room was spacious and comfortable. Pool and outside space was good.

At the start of our week, the breakfast wasn't replenish very well so it left a poor choice of food. This got better towards the end of our stay and then was good. There were time restrictions on the use of the jacuzzi, couldn't use until 3pm for some strange reason. Not what you expect when it's next to the pool! No Tea and coffee making in room.

The location was fantastic great view of Morzine and a short walk to ski hire and bubble… easy to find and close to shops and restaurants etc.. had a steam room and pool, jacuzzi

Duvet was too heavy and door to shower gave no room to get in and out

the location is fantastic and the hotel is very clean. the staff were helpful and polite. breakfast was lovely, fresh and plentiful.

the swimming pool and jacuzzi were on the cold side. also no extra towels in rooms when requested, just one per person (and these were not large) no towels provided for swimming and bathrobes were 10 euros extra per person. also small time slot for breakfast 8-9.30am. this could be extended.

Beautifully finished clean and friendly staff. Good location too.

Would prefer a shower or guard around bath so we can use shower piece.
