Great small B&B/hotel near the centre of Morzine. About a 10 minute walk from Super Morzine lift, but there's also a bus stop just outside the hotel. Buses come about every 15 minutes. Very friendly staff and comms were good, even before we arrived. They sent us info about ski hire and transfers and bought our ski passes so they were there on our arrival. Our twin room was very clean and the beds were comfy. We had an ensuite which was a little small. Breakfasts were good. There's free tea and coffee all day and an honesty bar for water, beer and wine. Boot room and also a pool table downstairs. Big free car park opposite, Great place for our 3 night stay.

An amazing stay, close enough to walk in to the centre (if your not in ski boots). The room felt really homely and was great value for money compared to other stays in the area especially including breakfast. You can get buses from directly outside the property and they have boot room for storing skis. Only downside was the locks are quite dated on the rooms so a little hard to lock and also the bathroom resembled a ship wet room and water would leak from the shower. But I would 100% stay again

hotel was a 15 minute walk to town, it was on a free bus route. Rooms are basic but totally functional. Breakfast is continental and very good. Plenty of free parking. Plenty of hot water.

Shower was very compact. Rooms on the front of the hotel were noisy as recycling lorries woke me up at 5am each morning as they emptied the bins.

Easy check in and we got there early left our bags and went snowboarding whilst the rooms were still being made up. It was easy to get into morzine town either walking or buss . Loved the honestly bar and LOVED Sam's pies !

Bathroom was a little pokey and the sink was awkward but it served its purpose ! And I couldn't fault anything really !

Nice communal areas with pool table, good continental breakfast included, friendly staff. Bus stop right outside the property but it's a short walk into town and the Local bar. Would stay here again.

Rooms are a little tired but we were upgraded to a larger room which was perfect. Communal hallway looks more like a hostel.

I understand that the property is slowly being updated. Breakfast room really nice. Garage lockup for bikes excellent. Power washer great until it broke. Coffee machine in the morning, really good.

Bedroom good size for the 3 of us. Beds and quilt are definitely single, so best to keep still! Ensuite bathroom very bijou. Definitely next to be updated.

Clean and warm property with Al the facilities you need for a short ski break. Breakfast was great with the continential section

Could do with some modernisation but this wouldn’t stop us booking again! Heat boot racks, updated bathroom but warm showers and that was what mattered

Very friendly and warm welcome and staff especially Maddie were great. Breakfast was a good selection of fruits, meats, cheeses, toast, baguette, etc. Girls loved playing pool before going out each night.

Rooms could have been cleaner, found old cigarette butt under daughter's bed when we were checking nothing left before we left. Room was tidied up for us but not cleaned as in floor sticky and bits of grit. Didn't impact our stay though, the rooms are obviously being refurbished as they go along and were fine for what we required.

Room was clean, big and warm, shower was always hot..free coffee and breakfast... Efficient you just get a text with code to get in and key left in the room.... Bus service is good, can eat breakfast and watch on the website for the next one...walk into Morzine was fine maybe 10/15 mins but flat all the way...

Perhaps the corridors and stairwell area could do with some tidying up, maybe the only letdown... Keys to room are old style and sometimes tricky.. perhaps making the room feel not very secure...

Ryan and Bethan were great hosts and made check in very easy, we had everything we need and the rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable, the cookies and pastry were a nice touch (much needed after a day of skiing) Bus stop right outside the accomodation so it was easy to get to the town centre and ski lifts

Some guests were quite inconsiderate and made a lot of noise at unsociable hours. Understandable that it is not within control of the hotel
