I can confidently say Alize Hotel exceeded all my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was tastefully decorated, with a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The bed was very comfortable. The high-speed Wi-Fi was perfect, the air conditioner worked well and silently. The hotel's location is also a major plus, conveniently situated near the water fronts and with an option for fee parking near by. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide array of fresh and tasty options. Overall, my stay at the Alize Hotel was nothing short of perfect. The combination of superb service, comfortable accommodations, and excellent location made for a truly memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-tier stay in the city. I look forward to my next visit!

Wish the parking was a little cheaper.

Excellent location near pedestrian shopping district and across the street from the Ferry terminal and Lake front promenade. Restaurant downstairs is excellent for lunch and dinner and very reasonably priced. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice views of Lake Geneva.

Rooms are a bit basic and not well soundproofed. No elevator.

Location and staff were outstanding! Santa is a key asset - welcoming, professional and someone who knows how to get things done! Next to the Evian spa - and some great restaurants !

I came with my friend and I am not gay so we needed to separate beds and it was a big problem to speak with anybody there in English language and explain that. They don’t even understand words like: bed, pillow, blanket 🤷🏻‍♂️I cannot understand how it is possible to have hotel without anybody who speaks English. Imagine that I am from China or Japan, how should I speak with you ?? in French? No, everybody speaks English when you travel :)

Very friendly reception and service, parking can be booked in advance in a nearby car park. Pleasant room, comfortable bed and above all the air conditioning was excellent in hot weather. Location right on the beach with cafes and restaurants. Short walk to the promenade. All in all a lovely experience.

Perfect location & view. Very clean, comfy bed & pillows & great air conditioning. Having small fridge appreciated. Staff especially the dark haired lady on reception were extremely friendly & helpful.

The double room was on the smaller size but adequate. Unfortunately no lift so 2 levels of stairs to negotiate with luggage but we coped fine with staff insisting on helping. Side entrance off first floor landing onto side street was useful when we were leaving.

We had a two night stay here and it was perfect. The staff were always helpful and thoughtful; we were able to eat breakfast outside; the room was clean and tidy. The location of the hotel is perfect too, right on the lake. Although it can be a little noisy from the road it’s worth asking for a lake view room. A special thank you to the hotel for arranging locked secure parking for my motorbike when I just asked for advice on the best place to park.

The woman at reception was extremely friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to help us in every regard. She deserves the praise. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of a selection of restaurants etc. The rooms large, clean and comfortable with great air conditioning, comfortable beds and linen.

Firstly, The receptionist named, FUENSANTA, she is delightful with a human touch!! She wears a smile in her face all the time; and she loves what she’s doing. The Hotel is very accessible to everything, clean, and at conditioned with fridge. We love this Hotel. The resto at the ground floor has a delectable meals.. super!

The rooms are not soundproofed so you’ll hear when people go to their rooms at night and leave them in the morning, as well as the conversations in the hallway as if they were happening in front of you. Other than that the hotel was great !
