location is excellent when travelling to france & switzerland

The room was like brand new rooms though the building was old. The beds and bathroom were neat clean and comfy. The Balcony view was amaxzing and nothing to beat it. The private beach was a great bonus. The staff were extremely friednly and helpful both during check in and during breakfast. The breakfast was Eur 14 and fully worth it - lot of option and more than sufficient. Would recommend this to anyone who pass by Lausanne or Montreaux to stay here. Since it was on the French side of the lake it was very cheap comparted to Swiss hotel near by. All in on a very great experience in a well located scenic hotel in the Montreaux to Geneva area

We found casually this jewel at the lake. It looks very quiet and comfortable with a wonderful view on the Geneva lake. The hotel Le Léman remains very close to Evian and mainly to Montreux, where you can discover the magic Christmas atmosphere during the market period (end of November and December). Well linked to everywhere with a free parking you can enjoy the kindness of the staff. I will return there for sure.

Warm welcome and help with our bags which was good. Bedroom had stunning views over the lake. Comfy bed and breakfast was good and plentiful. There was a small private beach and pier over the road and with more time we would perhaps have taken a picnic down there.

The main road was a bit noisy at times but ear plugs were supplied. Our room was very hot and we had no instructions of how to adjust the air conditioning so we had to sleep with the window open.

The hotel is small but very beautiful and with good services. The view from the balcony is wonderful. The employees are very kind and always helpful to the customer. The rooms, shower and toilet are clean, the noise from outside is well isolated. The restaurant is also really nice. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

Great one night stop while travelling. Immaculately clean, fantastic breakfasts (additional cost) and friendly staff.

Right on the main road so probably wouldn’t be a place I’d stay for a longer period of time but definitely great for one night.

Shower was amazing!! Room very nice, loved having a balcony and a view onto the lake. Kettle in room was a bonus as we could have a drink looking out at the lake and mountains. Bed comfy, nice white fresh bed linens, good size room. Lady in reception was most helpful.

The fridge in the room was probably too big as it gave out quite a bit of heat, so we needed the aircon on low to keep the room cool, it was a hot day

The hotel was above an beyond what we expected. The location and the view of the lake was just breathtaking. We enjoyed our swims in the lake as the water was so pristine and clean. The staff though limited in English were very helpful and went of their way to help us. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. absolutely loved our stay here.

The fact that we were unable to get an extra bottle of water when needed as we had run short of it one evening.

Large, beautiful and very comfortable room! Very quick response from the hotel and easy late check-in. We had a very pleasant stay!

The location is a bit in the middle of nowhere but still really beautiful, between the mountain and the lake.

Great view to the lake either in the room or in the restaurant bar; good breakfast; parking slots in front of the hotel; direct access down to the lakeshore with lounge chair and towel; the young man at the reception was very kind and helpful. The bowl for my dog is a plus :-)

The main road in front of the hotel which we had to cross to reach the car parking slots and the access to the lake. However, this is not a big deal at all :-)
