Amazing place to stay. It was quite far out and as non locals arriving late at night we weren’t aware that there weren’t any shops available or local so we had two starving children this is nothing to do with the venue but would be awesome to offer a “snack plate” for arrival with tea bags etc at an additional cost! It’s a rural stay, there would be some benefit to some children’s play equipment. Staff were lovely - attentive when the heater broke but an extra couple of pillows would have been awesome!

The location is excellent, overlooking the lake from above. There is a swimming pool for adults and children, a tennis court, table tennis, and a swing for children. The furniture is good. There are all the household needs, including a stove, microwave, and refrigerator., also parking is free

We didn't spend much time in the apartment, but it was very nice. It was clean and very quiet

There are a lot of hills when the weather is bad.so those who aren't confident in driving are best taking a taxi(Nothing to do with the apartments)

Stunning view! Staff were very friendly, especially a man who was in charge of cleaning the swimming pool and other facilities.

There are not enough activités you can explore as a family around the area.

The rooms are well equipped and comfortable. The view from the terrace to the lake was beautiful.

In the morning, only one person was responsible for breakfast and check-out at the same time, so you had to wait a long time for the buffet to be refilled, something always ran out and due to the haste, there were baked goods that were not fully baked.

Great location with view of the Lac Léman. Cozy swimming pool with spacious background area for showering, changing swimsuit. Enough benches and chairs to sit outside and relax by the view of the lake.

Although not necessarily convenient it is located in a beautiful setting in the hills above Lugrin. There are hiking trails nearby.

I was unable to access the breakfast buffet as it was reserved for a seminar that had been booked there. They did provide me with a limited take-out breakfast at reduced price, however. Check-in time is late (for me) although they did accommodate me somewhat.

We had an apartment for a family to stay during our spring holidays. We had everything to cook except oil, salt and pepper. I would consider this apartment once if will travel this region

The view is pretty good, can see the largest lake of Switzerland even tho we are in France

Location, in order to find it you have to go through alot tiny road.

The staff really went the extra mile by contacting us when we were running late, and arranging check in and leaving keys in a safe collection point. Very impressed with this level of customer service.
