The staff were all lovely and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. A special shoutout goes to the cleaner, who was amazing despite the language barrier. The outdoor area was absolutely gorgeous and provided a very relaxing environment. It was wonderful to sit outside with my family and soak up the sunshine. Also, the hotel interior of the reception area was great. We loved that there were board games and a pool available to play.

The breakfast was okay but nothing to write home about. The bed was a little hard and uncomfortable. Lastly, we found it impossible to stop the bathroom from flooding when having a shower.

Brilliant food, fantastic cosy room and great bathroom, also the spa facilities were excellent. The hotel is perfectly located next to the Pleney gondola and the Navette bus which goes to the Super Morzine gondola is just outside the hotel. The family who run the hotel and all of the staff are so kind and welcoming and go above and beyond to be helpful! Breakfast every day is just excellent and we loved our dinner there on the first night! The hotel decor and facilities are modern where needed but so cosy and warm, it was a real pleasure to stay here - exactly what you want for a ski holiday!

You can’t turn down the heating in the bedrooms so it can get a little hot at night times.

This is a family owned hotel and the owners are ever present and always available to see to the needs of every customer and nothing is too much trouble. The staff make everyone feel welcome and value all their customers. The hotel couldn’t bee in a better location in Morzine

Only downside is that the rooms are fairly small which is typical for a ski hotel

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The breakfast, which was included was delicious with a varied choice. The lunches, an extra, were lovely and you could dine on the terrace with fabulous views. The staff couldn't do enough to keep us happy. In our opinion, it's the best hotel in Morzine.

I do like everything about this property, and definitely we will be back.Very beautiful room, friendly professional staff. Very Central Location with a beautiful view. Excellent service, facility, Sauna, garage and storage for ski equipment. Tasty breakfast for all family.

Because I do like to have a cup of coffee in the morning before my breakfast I would suggest having a better coffee machine in the room. The hotel does provide a coffee machine in the room but in my room, it did not work properly and we were not able to use it. The coffee in the restaurant for breakfast was good.

Phenomenal property, outstanding staff and superior location. A very must go place in Morzine. Definitely coming back. Staff makes this Hotel a wonderful experience, special thanks to them!

If I’m going to super fussy and have to say something not so positive I’d say the mattress on the beds could be a little more comfortable . But they were still fine .

Very well located lovely family run hotel right in the middle of Morzine. Great spa and pool and all the staff were delightful.

The location, facilities and staff

The property is beautiful and well kept. The staff is friendly and helped us plan for the best place to watch the Tour de France. The room was spacious and clean. The location is right across the street from the town center with many bars and restaurants. The included onsite parking was a huge bonus.

There was no AC in the room, but we knew this when booking.

The hotel is a lovely spot with great rooms downstairs and a lovely pool area. The bedrooms were comfortable and well designed with good quality fittings. Views of the mountain were great

The temperature in the reception area was too high but minor point
