Hotel le Soly is immaculate! My room was pretty and comfortable with lots of storage space for my clothes, and convenient cabinets in the bathroom. The family who own it are super nice and helpful. Breakfast is great! Freshly made scrambled eggs each morning and they are perfect. Also fromage frais with various fruits, and home made prune compote. Something for everyone. They also do a nice three course dinner most evenings, all homemade at a good price, so no need to go out if you don’t want to. The location is also perfect , far enough from the main town to be quiet, but only a short walk away if you want the bars. The added touch of being next to a lovely gushing river, added to the atmosphere.

There is literally nothing that i could improve on. This is an independent hotel of the very best kind. High standards, and friendly, hospitable hosts.

Arrived for summer MTB holiday, location perfect. 5 minutes from skilifts and supermarket. Staff very friendly and helpful, allowed use of bike wash and provided secure lockup. Room ideal, clean, air fresh each day, excellent shower, soaps provided. Balcony with view next to stream, liked leaving door open of a night. Breakfast, good choice, value 7euros. Didn’t use pool much but wish I did, clean excellent views quiet. Allowed my to store bike and cases after checkout, and continue to use hotel, allowed me to access mountain on final day. Amazing. This hotel was everything I could have wanted for MTB holiday would definitly go back.

Haven’t really got anything bad to say about hotel, if really have to put something, would have liked hash browns with the breakfast.

A great little family-run place, very welcoming staff members, helpful for local information. For the price we paid I am very happy with the accommodation. The bedroom and bathroom is basic and relatively small, but clean and a perfectly good place to stay for a few days skiing with a friend. Great proximity to the bus stop to take you up to the Prodains lift which takes about 10 mins. Approx 10 min walk into town centre/super Morzine lift. 5 min walk from Morzine bus station.

Perfect facilities for a ski break. Ski room with heated boot rack. Amazing breakfast available, with a huge choice of both cooked and continental breakfast, including fresh, homemade speciality breads and granola. Bar in the evening with a choice of board games. Very modern and tasteful bathroom. The owners/managers were very friendly. Not too far to walk to the ski lifts.

From the moment we arrived at hotel Le Soly we were made to feel very welcome. Lovely friendly staff. The hotel is a short distance to the village and The Pleney ski lift. The bus stop is just outside the hotel or you can walk in 15 Mins.

Can’t fault the hotel. Was just what we needed for our weeks skiing.

The Hotel was clean and tidy. It was located very close to the Ski Bus stop that enabled travel to Morzine and Avoriaz very easily. The rooms were a good size and the bathroom we had was modern and had a good shower. Breakfast had plenty of variety and the bar was well stocked. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and made our stay very easy and enjoyable.

There are no Tea and Coffee making facilities in the room.

The location was excellent for our needs. It was very close to a main bus stop which gave free transport to all locations. The car park was spacious and convenient. There is an excellent ski and boot room. It is a family run hotel and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. I always book accommodation with a sauna and this hotel provided one. Breakfasts can’t be faulted . There was an option to eat in for evening meals; the choice was limited but all were excellent local cuisine. The hotel was immaculately clean. Our balcony looked over the river to the mountains. It was a quiet family hotel.

lovely family owned hotel, small but everything needed for a simple stay. great location, just outside the centre of town so away from the noise but a 2 minute walk to the local free bus and only 10 minutes walk into the centre itself. the room was very comfortable, clean and lovely little balcony overlooking the river with views of the mountains.

No tea or coffee making facility in room. there is a small restaurant on site but a tea in the evening or early morning in room would be nice.

The owners were lovely, very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The location was great, just 10' walk into town and very close to the bus if you preferred. The room was just as described quiet, comfy beds, lots of hot water, pretty view of the river.

There was nothing that we didn't like. I would definitely return. It isn't a criticism but just as advice, given the hotel is 10' walk from Plenney, so if you prefer not to take the free bus, I would recommend booking a ski locker at Plenney. Similarly if you don't like the sound of the river I would recommend ear plugs.
