The bed and room were very comfortable and clean

My stay was only 1 night and for that I feel it was very expensive (though was all that was available when I booked). The room was pleasant but not luxury for the price, breakfast is added on top and also fairly expensive (though quite a lot of options). Kettle in my room was broken. I arrived later at night and was leaving the next morning so was unable to make the most of facilities as the pool/spa is not open until the afternoon. Would have felt better value for money for a longer stay, or if the facilities were all open.

This hotel exceeded our expectations! It had great facilities and a great, home away from home atmosphere. The pool, sauna, steam and shower facilities were excellent (I'd prefer the pool a TAD warmer in winter ;) The food for breakfast and in the restaurant was fab. The ski room was brilliant, bar area lovely and spacious, the games area really well looked after. Honestly, couldn't fault it! The views from our balcony were the best, the room comfortable and not too warm.

Nothing, it was fabulous!

Lovely room, small but clean and comfortable with a useful fridge, nice balcony with a great view towards Morzine centre and the mountains all around. Only a shower in the bathroom I would have preferred a bath also. Spa was nice after skiing only open from 4pm but not busy. Pool was chilly with the majority of it being outside. Steam room and sauna on a different floor to the pool and Jacuzzi. We paid 18 euro per person to have breakfast in the hotel as it was convenient and a reasonable selection of hot food as well as plenty of cold items fruit, yogurt, pastries and breads plus cheeses and ham etc from the buffet. The staff were all very helpful friendly and polite. Nice bar area with a fire for relaxing with a drink.

The hotel was quite busy with what seemed to be several large (sometimes loud) groups. The drive way (the route to the ski bus) was short but steep and very icy during our stay it could have done with some defrosting.

Great location, short walk into town and also on the navette route to the les prodaines lift just outside. Great breakfast and convenient bar, nicely designed rooms. More than the sum of its parts

Ski room does need an update, but it works. The heated boot room was actually a bit colder than the surrounding rooms, having said that the boots were dry in the morning . Bath robes a bit underpowered

Location is great. Lovely hotel with lovely facilities. The staff are all excellent, friendly and so helpful. Highly recommend.

If I had anything to recommend that would have made my stay better it would only be an earlier breakfast start time at 06:30-06:45. Only because I’m used to this on ski holidays and like to getup and away early. It is advertised to start at 7am but never opened before 7:05am. The lady who operates breakfast is so lovely though and there is a very good selection. I just always had to rush a little too much.

Lovely friendly staff and a beautiful looking hotel, very conveniently located. The hot tub and pool were a great addition.

The room and bathroom were very small, we were lucky that we had a nicely positioned room and we are small people as you wouldn’t be able to sit on the toilet if you were a larger person!

Great rooms, nice bar and leisure area with comfy sofas through social area and reception. Breakfast was also good quality and the staff were friendly. Location was just away from the centre so it was quiet, But walkable if not in ski boots. Good access to bus routes to get to ski lifts with bus stop right outside the hotel and regular buses.

Service in the restaurant was very slow on our first night. We therefore decided to eat out, away from the hotel for the rest of our stay.

Excellent location, short walk to Morzine village. Great facilities, lovely rooms (very clean), friendly staff and cosy reception area - the water pressure (shower) was great too! Will definitely be back! Exactly what you need.

The cleaning staff were great and cleaned our room everyday (despite having the do not disturb sign on our door).

Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Convenient for the village center and the free ski-bus. Whilst we didn't travel with family, it appeared family friendly and I would consider returning with my children.

The only downside was that our room overlooked a busy road and the noise would wake us up, particularly in the early morning. The room was also very hot, which would have been fine if we could leave the patio door open, but due to the road noise, this was not an option.

This is a stunning hotel with incredible views, we visited in summer but would be so beautiful in winter! The room we had accessed a shared rooftop for sitting out in the evening. The facilities in the hotel were great - pool, spa, sauna, bar etc. Its a great location in town with a short walk (few minutes) to bars, restaurants and shops. Room was great with beautiful wooden interior. Can’t wait to come back and stay at this property again!!

The only issue was there is no air conditioning in the rooms so summer is really hot during the day. The winter would be so cosy! We found the instructions a little hard to get to the property at first. Didn’t realise there were stairs from the main road and we walked all the way around up hills in the heat. Apart from that amazing!
