The location is great, just 1h from Lausanne, making it a perfect getaway place for the weekend, specially if you are into long walks in the nature. Really nice bed. And the views WOW :) they provide lamps and useful gear to reach your room.

Not sure if the price matches up what is offered. It is cool to stay at a pod but for the price charged you get to stay in a fancy spa hotel in Switzerland with also great views. So, it depends what kind of experience you search for. Note that to reach the pods you need to walk 20 min in a snowy (in the winter) and steep terrain. They bring your bags for you. There is no mini fridge or TV in the room and they charge an extra 25chf to have your breakfast in the room, which is simple but fine - I was expecting amazing :( We tried calling the reception once but they did not pick up. Also, I left my phone charger there and been trying to get them to send it to me with no answer at all. The guest relations servive .needs a bit of attention.

everything is special as expected exceptional. breakfast was also nice but can be better for this exceptional place ;)

airconditioning is sucks . family white pods are not for kids under 10 years . I will put also the air condition how dirty it was . we also have ordered a dinner at our room. for kids the hamburgers were rouw meet almost not cooked . we have told but we still had to pay , they only not changed for bringing .

The view was amazing & the hot tub in our pod was superb

We took the furthest pod by choice as it has the outdoor hot tub but we didn’t know that the 15 minute walk was actually a hike up in the snow & some of us were not physically fit & not prepared in terms of good snow boots that won’t make you slip especially when you arrive after sunset it’s really challenging to go up to your pod by yourself . But next morning we had our breakfast at our pod & the view was beyond beautiful & so it was worth it !

We loved our stay here! The swiss cabins are beautiful and the use of the spa and hot tub are really nice. Lots of hiking nearby and a great view. The swiss cabins have very odd check-in hours. You can not check in until 5 pm ad checkout is at 1pm. It was really nice on the second day and the staff let us use the facilities while we were waiting for check-in. But I just thought it was worth writing. The place is really beautiful and the cabin was super comfy for 6 people. Just bring your own cutting board and knives because those were missing. Overall really recommended. Also the wifi was good and they allow dogs!

Everything was great! Breakfast could have included eggs or cheese for free, but it wasn't bad to pay extra for those. The yogurts and bread were nice and they deliver breakfast in a cute basket to your cabin.

We had an amazing stay at Whitepod original. The hotel is absolutely stunning: the pods are just magical and a piece of paradise. The staff is kind, and everything was great during our stay. The restaurant is also nice even though the menu doesn’t offer a lot of options.

There is a 20 mins walk between the reception/restaurant and the pod and doing this 4 times a day everytime you go to the restaurant can be a bit exhausting especially when it’s raining or snowing at night.

Unique stay; Everything was neatly prepared and ready when we reached; Very welcoming staff; The restaurant and farm to table food was spot on!

There is a small hike from reception/restaurant to the pods (geodesic dome stays). It was okay for us but might be something to consider for others.

We liked everything about Whitepod! The staff was nice and helpful. They paid great attention to details to make our stay unforgettable. We even got a free upgrade to the Swisspod, which we absolutely loved. Also, waking up to an incredible sunrise over the Alps is an unforgettable experience. We totally recommend it.

Best experience the staffs are the best very friendly helpful. Every thing was clear they give short introduction where to stay and how to get benefits of all facilities. Best experience i have ever had. Everything is clean and great. Breakfast was included and there’s tea time in the tea club which also free. Great place to stay in for one night.

It’s in the mountains so driving isn’t easy

The family pod was amazing! Very clean and so so cozy. The staff was also very friendly. Would highly recommend!

The breakfast was so disappointing - there was barely any food left when we arrived, it wasnt well organized at all. Also very poor food choice. For such a price one would expect more.

We loved the view and the pod inside was clean, spacious, had all the necessary facilities. The staff was so friendly, kind, and helpful. The stay here was worth every penny and you won't regret staying here. At night, you can see the stars. As someone who lives in the city with all the bright lights, this was awesome to be able to see so many stars. The toilet also had warm water which was so important to me especially during winter season.

The hike up took a while but it was worth it to take in some fresh air and enjoy the views.
