The hotel is beautiful. The rooms were completely renovated, but the mattress was very hard and pillows super soft, and just in the morning, i discovered that by special tablet in the room that you can order different pillows. The shower room is all new, but the water after showering is everywhere like a swimming pool because the drainage system is very poorly designed. The room is stuffy, there is no centralized air conditioning, we had to sleep with the window open, and outside the window the Rhone River makes a lot of noise like a waterfall, so for some it may be uncomfortable. Not everything is clear with the switches, either. In the toilet, the extractor did not turn on either. But in general the hotel is good. Buffet for 58 francs per person is also not a delight, frankly speaking. It would be better to go to another restaurant.

Great and fabulous

All was fine. The only thing bothers me the most, some guests in the hotel were very noisy. I think the hotel needs to write the rules on the walls of the hotel every where. The elderly come very often to the hotel, so they fall asleep with TV on. They speak very loud, in the spa and sauna you need to remind them too. Younger behaved very well and respectfull on the contrary most of the time, it is the eldest guests who behaved disrespectful unfortunately specially making noise at nights after 11. Try to have a room not to have a neighbor with TV on the whole night , even the receptionist could not wake him up and the hotel was full they couldn’t change my room.

The hotel and grounds were stunning, the baths a great bonus, the staff super helpful and friendly and the food was great quality and choice both at breakfast and dinner

The food whilst lovely was buffet style and so for me as someone who does not eat a lot an alternative menu would have been appreciated given that the meals were expensive and I simply didn’t eat enough to get good value for money Whilst there was free parking available it was limited - we had to park on the adjacent car park which whilst was assured it was secure we felt a little uncomfortable about as we had a lot of expensive wine and gifts in the car from our travels

Everything was great. The Hotel is very well kept. The room was very clean. The coffee machine was super efficient. There was a mosquito net on the window. The room facing the garden was quiet. The bed was super comfortable. The room had a safe, a fridge and a brand new bathroom. The shower gel smelled lovely. Access to the baths from check in until the end of the check out day. Many options in the water. Jacuzzi. Water jets. Water fountains. Underwater music sessions. Quiet relaxing rooms. Saunas. Hammam. Cold plunge pool. Bar accessible from the pool side. Extensive breakfast buffet. Very courteous staff. Lovely terasse. Great all over. Absolutely loved our stay.

Easy access to the baths + including check in day and check out day. Professional and friendly staff. Impeccable bathroom. Breakfast. Amazing range of drinks in the mini bar.

Only minor things: Stain on carpet next to bed. The evening meal in house (at the main hotel building) only buffet style - but given one could walk to another building 3’ away for an a la carte menu.

The direct link to the thermal spa was great, as was the unlimited access. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. It was a really relaxed atmosphere, not at all pretentious. The buffet restaurant was excellent for dinner!

Breakfast was really busy on our first morning and we had to queue for a table for around 15 minutes. Then there was not much food left. To be fair, it was restocked about 15 mins after we arrived but with so many people waiting it quickly ran out again. However, they did keep the breakfast room open and kept restocking long after breakfast should have closed. Another issue is the rooms were really hot but it was quiet enough outside to have the windows open.

very friendly staff, the barman was absolutely terrific! made some amazing tasting drinks and was very friendly. I would go back just to have a drink with him again

I think that I would more enjoy it in winter, was still brilliant in summer but I think winter would be amazing

nice location for walking around outside on the side of the rhone river. very nice thermal bath with direct access from the hotel. very good food options in the hotel and excellent breakfast.

Natural Sauna Area rather small and not enough spaces for relaxation within the whole sauna area. shower in room is quite small.

Super clean we enjoy everything specially the buffet breakfast and dinner

Some of the stuff here doesn’t speak english and some are a bit rude and not friendly 😕 We stay for 5days but still they don’t recognise you and they always ask which room are you and name a bit odd not to remember your a guest in 5days in a row and ask the same question 😒

The location is beautiful and quiet. The building has a elegant feel, well maintained and very clean. We loved the buffet dinner as well as the breakfast in the magnificent historical room! Comfortable double bed, peaceful view onto the gardens from the balcony. We enjoyed 2 wonderful days at the Bains. Thank you!

The room was a tiny bit smaller than expected. And we didn't manage to make the coffee machine work in the room.
