We liked our stay right from the beginning: The hotel is wonderful, ideally located not far away from the train station (there‘s even a very convenient hotel shuttle service!) and we had a wonderful room. The staff was great; all very nice and friendly, welcoming and absolutely helpful - at the reception (we got an immediate tour of the accomodation), the restaurant (breakfast & dinner), the shuttle driver, the ladies at the wellness center... Nothing else to wish for ☺️…

Nothing (unfortunately, there are always only some other guests that cannot behave properly - throwing trash into the beautiful nature etc.)…

The hotel has its own outpost of Mountain Air so all the hassle of getting equipment is taken away. There is a shuttle service to take you to the ski lifts. The room was outstanding, large and tranquil. Breakfast was excellent, and the spa was amazing.

The hotel is quite a way from the ski lifts, but the shuttle was efficient and reliable, so not a problem.

We have been staying at this hotel since last year and we really love it. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The person in charge of transportation was also very kind and assisted us a lot with the minivan last year as well. Thank you, and we look forward to seeing you again next year.

The breakfast buffet could have more variety.

The staff who worked during the breakfast period were excellent. They were always very cheerful and were happy to always provide great service with a smile. Similarly I would also like to thank the chaps driving the shuttle to and from Médran. They were also excellent.

Nothing just did not dislike, I would say it would be great if all the staff were as positive and helpful as those in the kitchen and who’s providing the shuttle service.

Staff were super helpful. The spa area and the restaurant are superb. The daily lifts to the ski areas were quick and the drivers were friendly.

Breakfast was great, but could grow boring - same thing day after day. I was astounded that two fried eggs cost and extra CHF8. should be included in the breakfast - crazy!!! The rooms and bathrooms are slightly tired, but of a good size. There didn't appear to be a gym.

Very good facilities and great spa. The room was tiny but well decorated and comfortable. The location is convenient and the shuttle makes it very easy to reach any lift in a few minutes.

The temperature in the room was extremely high and it was not possible to adjust it

We loved the resort and would return, plenty of runs and choice of runs , good food on the mountain too

Heating in our hotel room was a little hot and couldn’t be turned down we opened the window all was fine then apart from one night woken by people on the street

We stayed for 14 nights and felt right at home! The workers were always smiley and helpful. We had a perfect stay. Thank you!

the place is really beautiful, the accommodation extremely comfortable , the decoration and the smells are gorgeous , the employees are helpful and extremely friendly. the restaurant is great too with very refined cooking. simply put , you get a palace standard for a 4 star price. just incredible

Great location, atmosphere an authentic and classy establishment. Staff were eager to please and very helpful with any requests. Baptiste from the ski room gave us excellent skis and tips and the drivers were very helpful in transporting us from the hotel to the ski lifts.
