Excellent staff, friendly & helpful. Navette to from lifts - or elsewhere- just ask/call. Restaurant: had dinner there twice during our stay; Fish , especially, was Michelin guide quality ; perfect service. Large choice of quality food at breakfast. Besides the fine hotel restaurant we also dined well at l’écurie restaurant (3min walk) and lunched at Le Vieux at base of Medran (Barnes) lift Hotel located in the center so easy to get around. We arrived by train at le chable & took the télécabine. An experience: cabins are 6 person so small. Tricky to have my wife jump in with a suitcase and put 2 pair of skis in the outside rack and jump in with another bag. Same experience at arrival at Verbier. Lift is great for skiers, not so great with bags. The hotel is an easy 7 min walk downhill from the lift. For our return the hotel suggested we take a cab (130sf) to martigny & we we were thankful we did: got an earlier train to Lausanne.

Extensive breakfast options and great coffee. Rooms were really nicely set up - separate changing area (although the light should be on a longer timer), separate loo and bathroom, and a small living area. The ski lift shuttle service was great - saved time in the mornings and was a welcome relief at the end of a hard day of skiing/boarding. The hotel parked our car when we arrived which meant we could ge up on the slopes faster. Great location in the centre of town, close to shops and restaurants and a relatively nice walk (or shuttle bus!) to the lifts

Bedroom was a bit warm, but easily remidied by opening the window a little.

Fantastic customer service. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, tidy and modern. I did a cycle event which started at 02.30 and they accommodated us for breakfast, with eggs, pastries, meats, cereals. Ski storage room, which the hotel were happy for us to use for bike storage. Great location to centre of town. Can't say enough good things!

Nothing to mention

Good location and good price for Verbier. The room was clean and breakfast was nice. However, the hotel is a bit outdated (including mattress). Everything looks like brand new but back in 90s :-)

Super nice. We had a family room. The shower and sink downstairs aws really small though...but beds nice.

Great stay. The hotel is well located and with a free shuttle to the ski Telecabine. Staff is very friendly, help you with all requirements. Good breakfast. Will definitely come back.

Staff could not be more accommodating and hospitable - honour of their way to help in every detail. This is a rare find!

For a lovely, perfectly situated hotel with fantastic staff I felt it was let down by two things. The first was the bathroom/shower room was very small. Secondly the V Brasserie was incredibly expensive with little atmosphere as not many ate there, only ate there once. The evening menu needs re thinking so it appeals to more people then it might get a better attendance creating a good atmosphere.

A return to the Vanessa after 12 years, a much needed renovation and upgrade has really improved the rooms and public areas. Efficient, well trained and welcoming staff Supper clean room High quality bed linen with a very comfortable bed Lovely Sunny balcony with a great mountain view. The location is great although close to the centre of the village it is slightly tucked away from the road so nice and quiet. The owners actively run the hotel which is so nice to see, and I’m sure is why the hotel has such a high standard. Good breakfast although didn’t eat in the restaurant at night.

The bathroom was quite tight The bar and lounge area are very quiet and lack atmosphere, hence we went out for drinks and dinner. (This is not a criticism, we just prefer somewhere a little more lively at night)
