Location was great, hotel was smaller than expected (~25 rooms), breakfast was very good, Evelyn & staff were super professional, common area was nice for a takeaway dinner, housekeeping was good, sauna was awesome (and staff left a pitcher of ice-cold orange/cucumber water while we were in there!)... and our view was great even though it was "garden view".... located between Medran & Brunnet lifts/bus-stops, and the Ermitage bus stop was even closer (great for getting to ski-school in the mornings)

Our room was by the elevator so there was some unavoidable noise of people coming & going... but our room did not face the street so it was quiet in that way... light sleepers bring earplugs

Everything was great and very complete breakfast. The administration was very friendly.

The hotel is several blocks downhill from the medran gondola. Going up one can catch a free bus at the ermitage hotel parking lot about a block away. Coming down is not easy. One may think of going down hill with the ski boots but the walk is very painful and the sidewalks are extremely slippery. I think the hotel needs a shuttle to pickup skiers, even if charged for it will be 100% worth it considering there is no taxi stop at Medran and the departing buses appear to go in a different street direction.

Room was comfortable with a beautiful view, however it was too small despite I booked a Panorama room with a higher rate. Location is perfect, in the heart of the village, close to everything on a walk distance. Breakfast was good, but not exceptional. The hotel doesn't have a parking spot, however there's a parking close to it. In my opinion, hotel should offer a parking reservation for the guests traveling by car, since you have the risk to get to the parking and finding it full. Staff is very kind and helpful.

In the middle of the night there was someone knocking at some door and somebody screaming at the corridor. Have no idea what was going on, but I didn't feel comfortable wit the situation.

The location is incredibly central, making it easy for us to enjoy walks around the town. We had a delightful stay; our room was quite spacious, and we loved the balcony with its gorgeous view of Verbier. Although the breakfast was quite basic, it was delicious. We're already planning to return for another three-night stay.

We had an incredible view from our room on the 5th floor. However, it's worth noting that the elevator only goes up to the 4th floor.

The staff were lovely and helpful. The breakfast was super impressive and generous. And we loved the location!

The sofa bed was not comfortable nor good quality, making the rate a bit excessive for the veranda room. Hotel guests should get a discount at the Taratata restaurant which was considerably less good value than the hotel.

Location of hotel was perfect and staff were very considerate and helpful. Large balcony to sit out on at night and listen to the nearby music. Fabulous choice of breakfast.

Room was extremely small however we knew this before booking. Bathroom radiator was stuck on the on position. Hotel staff tried to fix it to no avail.

Very kind and well-prepared staff. Great location, in the center of the village. Clean, comfortable, and renewable. Simple and great for a weekend. Public parking is just in front of the hotel. Amazing and complete breakfast.

Nothing. Everything was perfect! Just a small reminder: if you are looking for the same mood of decor from the hotel restaurant you may be disappointed. There is no correlation. The hotel decor is more alpine and simple than the decor from the restaurant.

Great value for money for a short ski trip. We shared a twin room which had plenty of room, the beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean. Staff were friendly, the continental breakfast was simple but good quality, and the sauna was also good. I would definitely come back and recommend.

Scrambled eggs were overcooked, but that's it!

The hotel is the perfect location, right in the centre of town, close to restaurants, shops, 5 mins walk up to Medran main lift etc. Room sizes are also really spacious and there's a delicious breakfast included. It was perfect.

Our room was right by the stairs so was a little noisy at night with people returning from drinks/dinner. Would have preferred a room on corridor rather than by the lift/stairs.

Room was a panorama room and the views over verbier and the mountains were great. Room size is quite small but adequate with a decent sized walk in shower

The only food offering was breakfast which was lovely. It would have been nice to have a hotel bar
