The hotel is very well presented and clean. Underground parking was easy to use. The staff are pleasant, very helpful and faultlessly well mannered. English is spoken by almost all staff. The restaurant is fantastic - we had fish and Turkish lamb - the presentation of the food and the quality took me (pleasantly) by surprise.

The cooling system for the guest rooms takes a long time to react to an increase in outside temperature (it was 32 degrees) so the room was very hot. Opening the windows during night time is not really an option owing to the proximity of the railway. We were only passing through, so the industrial location was not really important to us.

Reception was wonderful and loved the entire concept of people with disabilities bring trained in the workforce. Remember to be a little patient with ordering especially if you are not a French speaker. Great hotel if you are out and about during the day. Due to the hotels environmental policies, windows are covered with steel shutters during the day (they open at night) to maintain temperature control and it would either be very gloomy or very hot in your room. Get out and enjoy Martigny!

Rooms are well-appointed, spotlessly clean and relatively large. Staff are very friendly and professional. The restaurant is very good - pretty good choice for breakfast and innovative dishes for dinner. But the biggest praise for this hotel lies in their policy of inclusiveness, as a fair number of the staff are people with certain challenges or disabilities. Brilliant.

Beautiful stylish rooms- a super size, very modern and the bed was soooo comfy and hardly ANY noise!!! The hotel isnt at all attractive from the outsize but inside, its really cute, stylish and well maintained!

Could`nt fault this however the hotel could have signposted the hotel from Martigny gare much more better- I walked with a suitcase for 10 minutes when the short cut was 5!

This is a good hotel, not far away from the centre of town. Good parking space, good breakfast including hot choices. Friendly and helpful staff. Bathroom well equipped with towels including face cloths. Our room had a terrific view of the surrounding mountains.

No negative features from our point of view.

Excellent breakfast and dinner (Michelin Star Food), with exceptionally nice and helpful staff, plus spacious, very clean, comfortable beds and perfectly designed rooms. As an overall this is perfect hotel for both short and long business or family trips. The hotel is nicely located within walking distance from the centre of the lovely town of Martigny and the famous St Bernard dog and benefits from amazing 360 degrees views of the surrounding mountains.

That we could not stay long but we will definitely be returning soon.

The location is not the best but once inside you forget about it 😊

-We stayed here last year briefly as well on our way to a Saturday ski rental. Very comfortable , clean and dinner was delicious. -The quality of our meal was again a wonderful surprise. -The lighting in the dining room is still to bright even without the pendants lights on. The perimeter lighting is either too cool ( 3000k) when it should be 2700K or it needs to be on a dimmer.

Just the bright lighting in the dining room! A dimmer will solve the the problem!

The hotel is a very short walk from the station. It is very clean and modern and the staff were lovely. Breakfast included the best bacon and egg I have had i. Switzerland. The extra surprise was free tickets to verbier when we checked out
