The room was larger than expected and beautifully clean. Lovely linen and the ensuite much nicer than expected. I was pleasantly surprised after some of the reviews I read ( after I booked !) . Very similar standard to a French Motorway Formula One type hotel.

The bedside lamps did not work but that is my only complaint . The en line Zoom like reception/ check in was strange but it more or less worked ! I was checked in by a young lady who had a very deep masculine voice which I assume was as a result of a software error and crossed lines .

I was in town to run the Martigny Marathon, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient—just a short walk from the expo park where the start and finish took place. The parking facilities were excellent, and overall everything was very practical and well organized. Great value for the price; a solid option for anyone looking for comfort and convenience during an event weekend.

Breakfast was great. Scrambled eggs, ham, fresh baguette, great coffee. Could return to have more. Loved it. Room quiet, warm, cozy, clean. Comfy bed. Bathroom facilities clean and a great shower. Staff were lovely. Efficient, professional yet warm and approachable and helpful. Will love to stay again. Thank you! Great visit during difficult times with my wife in hospital in Martigny.

Door looked damaged. Attempt to break in/gain access? Needs to be repaired fully to allay visitors concerned. That is it everything else brilliant.

Location was close to everything. The room was perfect, it had all the basics down. Beds were decently comfortable. The windows had proper shutters. Check-in and checkout was via a screen but worked flawlessly

I got woken up several times through the night since sound proofing was not very good :-(

Good location near Fondation Gianada exhibition space. Very clean and functional room and bathroom with window on mountains.

Weird reception area where you communicate with a person on tv screen that looked like an AI creation (I asked and she showed me she was for real by eating a chocolate bar!) Room key cards are dispensed in automated lock box.

Location for us was perfect as we used the bus system to get us to the TMB. The (remote) staff efficient at check in and out and the in house staff were excellent, particularly with storage of our bags while hiking the TMB.

Very noisy clients entered the building in early hours of the morning and it was disturbing. Also the hotel could not sort out a double booking cancellation for the same night. booking.com had a malfunction when I changed the dates and therefore tried again with another booking date. This resulted in 2 rooms booked for the same hotel and the same night. I did not know about this until the night before and phoned the hotel. but they could not sort out the change and now I paid twice for the same night. I have other bookings for the same hotel and am asking booking to refund me the money as it was their computer error and malfunction in the same booking.

We were there before 1pm, and the staff was very nice and letting us check in. Convenient parking lot at the back of building, sufficient space and facilities. The heating was very warm. There is plug adapter to European standard plug, which we had to buy one when I stayed at another hotel before this one.

The facility is outdated, and there is mold in the bathroom.

We were walking the Via Francigena and found this hotel which was competitively priced. It was easy to find, comfortable and not far from the town centre. The staff were friendly and helpful. The town centre was fun on a Sunday evening plenty of cafes and and warm atmosphere.

Nothing to complain about. Had everything we needed.

Comfortable room and autonomous entrance. We only stayed overnight, but everything was alright. The workers were very helpful and facilitated a last-minute room change (from double to triple room). It has parking.
