Great location for us because it was a bit away from the hustle bustle of the city. We stayed in the 3 bedroom chalet. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Very clean. The staff was incredibly sweet and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed the pool and spa facilities. Overall a wonderful experience and we will come back!

The front door of the chalet cannot easily be opened - the lock gets stuck. After two days the back door lock was also stuck. Perhaps if we mentioned to the staff they would have fixed it but we managed to make it work.

The exceptional service started as soon as we informed Romaine about our late arrival due to a breakdown - she had already arranged a cold buffet, which was really welcome when we reached the hotel. And Romaine took us round to show us our rooms - I can't remember the last time we were taken up to our rooms by the manager. Then Florien continued to serve us even though it was quite late, finishing with a great Cappuccino. Our next destination was Dijon, and Florien even recommended the main eating places and the key local dishes, which proved to be very useful.

Staff were fantastic and very friendly. Gave us a tour of the property including the hot tub and restaurant/bars. Gorgeous scenery of Mont Blanc from the room. Food in the restaurant was delicious and a great selection for breakfast. The room was beautiful with comfy beds and AC. There was plenty of parking available, including room for motorbikes. The hotel is on the outskirts of Chamonix, so it was nice and quiet but only a 10/15min journey into the centre.

The food an drinks at the hotel were a little pricey, compared to other places on our trip.

Amazing place. We were sorry for staying for such a short time. Everything was very high class. All the employees were really very nice - the front desk, the room service, the yoga instructor (yes they provide Yuga lessons 😊). Two super A for them: the chef is amazing. One of the best food we ever had. Very sophisticated tasty and generous. Amazing experience. The reception lady named Romane was super professional, guided us on all of our needs and provided great solutions. Also for the rest of our trip in France. We loved this place!

The room had a very nice layout and view. Staff was pleasant

Lounge chairs in the wellness area would be nice. The driveway was very icy - we slipped walking down. The bus is very challenging to use to get to the ski slopes. The wellness area closes very early- 8 pm it was closed! The restaurant failed to impress - and Chamonix is too far to go for dinner daily

It is a great location to stay at when visiting Chamonix. Sweet room with nice view from a balcony. Friendly and helpful staff. Parking space is available either at the hotel or right next to it. The dinner was delicious.

The WiFi speed is not the best. I had to switch to data in my room. The door to the toilet in our room needs some maintenance to open smoothly. The toilet also took some time to refill the water, which in some cases may be inconvenient )_)

The bedrooms was really comfortable and cozy. The restaurant is amazing! Not only it serves great food but the staff is really nice and helpful. It has parking and a nice spa area

They are not the best to guide you in your first ski trip. They have some references but they don’t give you all the options and explain with details. They provide an outlet so you can plug and charge your electric vehicle but it costs a fixed price of 15euros and the power it’s not enough for a full charge.

the room was very cozy, clean and beautiful, with a small balcony perfect for 2 of us having coffee early morning, the heater works great, staff is super helpful and friendly, loved the lady in the restaurant!

they had a nice breakfast buffet, however the eggs boiler wasn't very easy to use, there was no turkey or beef bacon or cold cuts, only pork meat and we don't eat pork, coffee could be better

Very peaceful surroundings and yet close to Chamonix centre. All the staff were very polite and accommodating. Special mention to the receptionist when we arrived ( sorry cannot remember his name) who was so patient and helped us book an unforgettable excursion to Aiguille de Midi.

Nothing that we didn't like.

A very comfortable, quiet room with an attractive view; an excellent restaurant, and a great location, close to several walking trails. The hotel pool and spa, as well as the large garden are also very pleasant.

We very much enjoyed our short stay, so no complaints at all.
