🌟 A Perfect Alpine Getaway! 🌟 We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Odalys Prestige Residence Isatis! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was modern, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, with breathtaking views of the Mont Blanc massif right from our balcony. The location is peaceful yet perfectly situated for exploring Chamonix and the surrounding areas. We loved the easy access to hiking trails and the serene atmosphere after a day of adventure. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The wellness area with the heated pool was a dream—especially after long days outdoors. We also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and spacious layout, which made it feel like a home away from home. We would absolutely recommend this residence to anyone looking for a relaxing yet luxurious mountain escape. Can’t wait to return!

Everything is well-organized and well-functioning. We checked in online, our room was ready early, we were notified by SMS. The room, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms clean and nice, the kitchen equipped and functional, the terraces have views on the mountains. The place is located close to a bus stop, a train station, to the start of hiking trails, and is very easy to reach from the center of Chamonix. A nice small pool is available, to relax after the day out. All went fine, we didn't encounter any problem during our stay - we would like to thank the staff for the smooth experience.

The apartment was spacious, well-equipped, and exactly as described and shown in the photos. Communication with the hotel was excellent – everything was clear and handled efficiently. The balcony offers a beautiful mountain view – you can see Brévent and Flégère on one side, and Les Drus on the other. Great location – very close to the train station, from which you can reach the center of Chamonix in just a few minutes (2 stops). The hotel provides a free train pass valid for the entire stay, which is a big plus. Also, it’s close to several trailheads, perfect for hiking. The hotel collects a security deposit (as stated in the booking conditions), but if everything is fine, it’s refunded quickly – in our case, on the same day as check-out. Highly recommended!

The property staff were very friendly, and the flat was clean and well-equipped (plenty of kitchenware, a microwave, toaster, and coffee machine...). There were four of us staying in the two-bedroom flat, so we can't comment on how cosy the sofa bed is. With this number of guests, our stay was very comfortable.  We really appreciated having two bathrooms (one with a shower, the other with a bathtub) as well as a separate toilet. It was very quiet on the side facing the train tracks, which allowed us to enjoy uninterrupted sleep. On the ground floor, there are washing machines and dryers available at a cost of €6 per wash and €4 per drying cycle. We also found a drying rack in the flat. Additional highlights included the underground parking, the proximity to the train station (along with the carte d'hôte, which allows for free train travel), and the warm-water swimming pool open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

A few minor things could be improved: the bathtub screen was leaking slightly and could use a bit of sealant. The hairdryer had a burnt smell.

For a very reasonable price we had a mini apartment with a kitchen and all the utensils, a capsule and a drip coffee machine, a kettle, mini dishwasher, mini fridge. The heating was working really well. The hotel has a underground parking, which is extremely convenient in snowy weather. It has a small heated pool. We're really happy we stayed there for a whole week.

The pillows and the bed were not too comfortable. The fold out bed was very squeaky. We didn't make sure our room had a bathtub, for which we were hoping for. We've asked to change the room, but they were completely full.

Hotel was great. The service was very helpful and polite. It was quite. There is a big parking. Although it was further away from Chamonix you can get there fairly fast with a car. The breakfast was also good. It was very good value for money. I recommend it.

There could have been more diversity for breakfast. In some places the room wasn't so clean.

Clean and quite new facility, nice and helpful staff 24/7, unbelievable value for money and a beautiful pool. Also gives a free pass to the railway that connects Chamonix city centre and the stay. A very nice hiking trail is also just across the road.

The spa was a bit of a letdown, costed 12€ per person for only sauna and a shower while we expected a Jacuzzi. I believe there was a Jacuzzi next door but closed for some reason. Still not that bad, but a bit disappointed.

Great locations , nice place , some of the staff really nice , but could do with some more better English speaking , they messed up our kids ski school but I believe that is luck of the language, other ways was great stay

Didn’t like the fact you have to pay for the sauna . And toilet rolls , also you dont get the apartament cleaned at all and if you need extra towels you have to pay as well So just got to be ware of that you paying for everything extra .

Pool was good . Views from the balcony were beautiful and the apartment was spacious. Good location , close to buses and trains and we were given a free train pass with which we could travel up and down the valley - only 10 minutes to Chamonix centre. The reception area was welcoming .

Minor things. We couldn't access the sunbeds outside as the gate was locked so had to carry our bags through the pool. We didn't find the bed and pillows very comfortable and the kitchen could have had a wider range of utensils ( spatula) and a sharp kitchen knife.

Great apartment with all the facilities you need for a short stay. Our daughter loved the indoor/outdoor swimming pool and we appreciated the shared laundry facilities.

Not really an issue that the hotel can change but we were reliant on the public transport to Chamonix. The local bus service is half hourly and the train is hourly but there is only 5 minutes between one and the other on the half hour. It would be useful for the schedules between the 2 services to be spread a bit better making a more regular service (I understand the bus is more regular in winter).
