The property was in a perfect location. Right across from the train station. 2/3 minute walk from the centre. Everything you need is around. (Supermarkets/restaurants/bakery/transport links) The apartments were cosy chalet style, really nice and warm and clean. Beautiful views aswell. The pool and sauna were lovely and clean also, as was the reception area. The staff were so helpful and friendly I want to personally thank Inez and Nelly. It’s perfect for all, couples, solo and it’s really great for families. You will have a great time staying here like we did!! Very happy travellers!!

Location is the best thing here. Staff nice. Appartment with nice terrace.

When hot in the room, we cannot open the window during the night because too noisy with the road nearby. This is the biggest weakness. But other rooms might not experience such issue. Also missing convenient laundry option nearby. Pool, I am not sure as kids were sick after swimming. Related I am not sure but we thougt so and did not use again. After experiencing the pool in Urrugne (Pays Basque) for sure, we cannot compare. The pool there was fantastic.

Everything was amazing , steps away from train station, shops and restaurants with 360 degree Mountain View’s. The front desk girl was amazing , we ran late and she personally called to tell us reception was closing and where I could find lock box with key . I will return here for my every stay in Chamonix!

Amazing location just over the pedestrian bridge from the Montenvers mer de glace train station and next to the SNCF train station. Quick walk to restaurants, grocery stores, souvenir shops. Friendly staff. Kitchen in the room had what we needed. True 2 bedroom suite was great for family with kids.

Pool closes between 12pm-3pm and doesn't open till 9 which is inconvenient for families with small children. Booked this hotel for the pool given rainy weather but didn't get a chance to use due to its schedule. Rooms are aging - need more electrical outlets. No place to leave suitcases in the bedrooms.

The WIFI doesn’t work throughout the property. You need to be on the common room close to the front desk to get a signal.

Stayed many times over the years. Always our preferred option if the price is reasonable for our dates. Like the pool and steam room and location good. Rooms have good self catering facilities. Reception staff are always friendly and helpful.

Would be nice if kitchen had basics like cooking oil and condiments such as salt and pepper available.

It is a spacious and comfortable room. And the staff were friendly. Some of the parking spaces in the garage are small for a large SUV. The staff were very helpful in accommodating this by allowing me to use a bigger spot. But something to bear in mind in busy times when other spots may not be readily available. 119 Is a good spot for a big car!

As a general comment in France, I would prefer not to have to clean the kitchen afterwards. It is not a question of leaving things in a state. But as you do pay reasonable money, it would make sense to include this in the price so somebody else could do this! That is my only comment.

Excellent security, fabulous location, very comfortable apartment, great view of the mountains

The Code to the main entrance to the building did not work one afternoon but we could enter from the next building and it was repaired the following day. We had to ask how to open the sliding door to the balcony and how to lock the door to the apartment. The operation of lifting the handle is new to me. Otherwise, all was very good.

The hotel is located near the Chamonix train station, offering a stunning view of Aiguille du Midi when you walk out of the main entrance. The apartment is super clean, calm, and the facilities are convenient.

We received a host card that allowed us to take the regional train for free. However, no one informed us to fill in the user's name and the date of the stay on the back of the ticket. Unfortunately, we were fined on the train.

It’s your typical holiday chalet apartment. Close to Chamonix centre. Underground parking. We used it as a base for our golf trip. Staff were friendly and helpful. Fantastic views of Mont Blanc from our balcony.

Nothing, everything is explained in the email before you arrive. You get a basic set up package. If you need more provisions the supermarket is a 2 minute walk
