A spacious apartment in the middle of Chamonix, perfectly equipped with a comfy bed (I think it was 180x200cm). We loved the little balcony with a stunning view of the mont blanc glacier! It's only 20 seconds away from the pedestrian zone with all the charming bars and restaurants of Chamonix. We really loved our stay here and would certainly return!

Arrival is a bit tricky! You have to first check in at a nearby hotel. Use Google Maps to navigate to "Hotel Faucigny", park wildly on the narrow street, unload the luggage there and leave it at the reception, then bring the car to the nearby public parking garage up at the main street, then return to the hotel, check in and only then bring your luggage to the apartment building (2 mins to walk, the receptionist kindly takes you there). There are also a few private parking spaces behind the hotel, but they are hard to get plus you have to drive through the pedestrian zone to get there! Also the elevator at the apartment building is only sized for 1 person and one piece of luggage, expect this to take some time.

The hotel is located in the heart of Chamonix, very convenient to go everywhere; the nearest ski lift is only about 3 minutes' walk from our hotel; the super market SUPER U is just steps away; when we arrived, the hotel parking is full, so we parked at a big parking garage about 3 minutes' walk from the hotel; we had a big apartment with three bedrooms, it was spacious and well equipped; the apartment was clean and comfy; the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the girl who received us upon our arrival. we had a great stay!

Location right at CharmInix City Center. Large 1 bedroom apartment, Clean and well equipped.

Parking was close but at risk of being blocked in by other vehicles. Apartment door could onLMKy be unlocked or locked with a single key. If I went out early and locked the apt door, she was locked in and couldn't get out in an emergency or if she wanted to join me somewhere. This needs either 2 keys or a card reader lock.

Excellent location! We were able to walk to all restaurants and shops. You are in the heart of Chamonix, just one block from the beautiful Saint Michel church which is also the location for the tourist center. We stayed for 3 nights in a spacious two story unit with views of the mountain from the back deck, modern kitchen, bathrooms and furnishings. The reception staff were very helpful and recommended local favorite restaurants and assisted with our luggage transfers while we were in route to hike Mont Blanc. The hotel offers complimentary cruiser bikes. We did not partake in breakfast at the location so cannot comment on the food or service. We highly recommend and would stay here again.

The location is central and a short walk to the tourist office, central shopping and eating areas. Everything is very clean and in working order. The rooms are very comfortable and everything our family needed was already in the room. The property is charming and quiet. We loved the cute balcony and spectacular views!

During our visit there was a heat wave so it was difficult to cool the apartment. There were fans in all the rooms so it was very manageable.

The little studio was tiny but really cute. It was well equipped and clean. And the bed was decent. It worked well in the summer but might be more difficult with loads of winter/ski gear to fit in.

The staff member at the reception took my debit card and copied the codes to cover the tax payment to be made in the morning. When I asked if I could pay that tax (3,20€ for 2 people!) right away as the accommodation was also already paid, it was possible - but my card info was already copied. I disliked the approach even though no misuse of my card has so far occurred. Also, the bedroom was so tiny one had to crawl into the double bed from the foot end as there was no space around it whatsoever. So don't book this studio if you're unfit to crawl or uncomfortable sleeping right next to your travel companion.

The apartment was very spacious, modern, clean, and well equipped. The beds were super comfortable, and the view from our bedroom window was superb as we could see the mountains very clearly (our room was on the 3rd floor). The location is also very close to the main street with lots of shopping stores.

The hotel's parking is very limited, and you have to pre-book and pre-pay. Otherwise, you have to park in a public parking area just nearby, which can be quite a walk if you have luggage.

Great location, and reasonably priced for the location, balcony was also pleasant to spend time out on in the evenings. We also used the kitchen and it was perfectly adequate. Place was clean, and showers worked well.

Bunk beds were extremely creaky, especially the top one, it was impossible to sleep on the bunks. Place was very warm even with all windows open which made it difficult to sleep as no air conditioning.

Our ground floor apartment was very well designed. We had fresh air, quiet, a super comfortable bed and access to a great supermarket right nest door. A couple of times when we wanted something we didn’t have the staff dropped what they were doing and helped us out. The friendliness, kindness and helpfulness of the staff was unsurpassed. We were very sad to leave.

Finding the reception at the hotel was a bit confusing but asking for help just leads you to friendly people. So for us that bad luck just led to good luck.
