We arrived well after 4 pm--but our room was not ready. So, we and another guest in the same situation enjoyed some beers, on the house, on the terrace. Turned out to be a very pleasant delay. Location was nice--hotel is just off the main busy pedestrian thoroughfare, but it is tucked away on a quiet side street. Very small room (as advertised), but it had comfortable bed and utilitarian, albeit small, bathroom. No complaints. Our bags was delivered to the hotel, and we were able to store it there until our afternoon departure.

Easy access to Chamonix City center. We walked everywhere. To dinner. Ski rental. Ski busses. Laundromat. Drinks. Ice cream. Shopping. And the breakfast served was convenient and just right. Personally, I loved the green tea service in the morning. Perfect start. My boys said the croissants were the BEST on our whole trip. In the evening, we enjoyed a glass of wine or hot chocolate in the lobby bar. And the staff were ALL wonderful. Morning, afternoon, or evening; always someone who was super friendly. And... there's more... the ski room in the lower level was great for storing our skis and boots. Great spot to get ready to head out as well. The boys also enjoyed their room with the twin beds in the loft. Lots of plants in the lobby made for a nice setting.

No elevator, but we were there to ski, so the exercise did us good! But you should be aware of this. Rooms are small, but I must say they are arranged well and the beds are comfortable.

We stayed at Cosmiques Hotel in Chamonix for two nights and were very pleased with the hospitality and warmth of the staff. They were incredibly friendly and attentive. The breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced. The hotel's location was excellent—right in the center, making it extremely convenient to get anywhere easily.

The only downside was that the rooms were a bit small, making it slightly challenging for two people to open medium-sized suitcases comfortably. Other than that, everything was absolutely wonderful!

Location, location, location. It doesn’t get much more central when it comes to Chamonix. The rooms are simple but beautifully renovated. I like the simplicity.

Not sure why bathrooms in France always remind me of bathrooms in Nepal. Tap was loose and the drain was pretty clogged. Blinds where kind of makeshift tied to the window handle, but almost worked. Brekkie buffet, well., my €14 probably paid for the whole buffet. At least there’s not going to be much waste.

Location was great, easy to get around on foot or by a shuttle bus. Good shuttle bus service. The staff at the hotel are really lovely and helpful and let us check-in early. The cleaner is also very good, and cleaned our room beautifully.

There is very little storage for ski clothes to dry. Shower seemed to be blocked a bit as the water didn’t drain quick enough. Not enough storage in the bathroom for toiletries. The sink is super small, and tap was not fitted properly, moving around. Only one chair to sit at the table. Very thin walls, people walking around with their ski boots on, very loud, and doors in the hallway were slammed a lot.

The location was excellent! The main streets with restaurants, ski rentals etc were just around the corner. We had probably also had the best room of the hotel (on the third floor), with a nice little balcony (perfect for the smelly ski boots) facing towards the mountains. Really nice and helpful staff.

The room was quite small and if we had had more baggage with us it would have been quite cramped (we had not even the smallest room and had just carry on luggage with us). The sound isolation between our room and the corridor was not that good and we woke up a couple of times when our neighbours left for airport early. No vegan options for breakfast (we solved this by using our balcony as a mini fridge).

The location is very good, 10 minutes walk from the train and bus station. The room though very small, had multiple plug out lets including USB charging ports. It was also clean and had a great view of the mountains. The price was very budget friendly and they have a beautiful out door patio with excellent mountain views. I will certainly stay again.

The room was very small and the wifi did not work well in the room.

The bed is cozy and the staff is really nice and helpful. The location is just at the center of Chamonix town. A superU supermarket is nearby.

We were a group of 3 and booked an attic room for one night. The room was very very small and would be hard for packing if you bring a suitcase. There’s no fridge or table in the room either; so it will be inconvenient if you want to refrigerate something. The cleanliness is still a little bit questionable. We noticed some hair on the towel and the sheet when checking in.

The hotel is located in the city centre. The restaurants, attractions and supermarket are next door. The room was bright , clean throughout and the staff was great . The room and bathroom are quite compact but ok for us. The staff would always smile and help out when needed . The communication with them was great from the moment I booked it until check out. Overall we loved it .

There are definitely better breakfast options outside the hotel for £15. Although we stayed during Christmas it felt a bit dead without any atmosphere, not even Christmas music in the lounge/ main area. There is no wardrobe in the room but hangers across the wall. There is a shampoo for hair and body ( would recommend ladies to bring conditioner with them ). It would have been nice for someone to give us a new set of fresh towels and empty our bin once during the 4 nights there . This is just feedback and not reasons to not return as we enjoyed our stay .

The location was perfect! Right in town and close to lots of cheap yummy places to eat, and a grocery store. The staff were very friendly and very accommodating. There was a mix up with some of my belongings getting accidentally thrown away by the cleaners, but they were very nice and helped me figure it out!

The room was very small with pretty much just a big bed. You can store your bags underneath the bed easily which was nice but a little tricky.
