the host Fabian was very helpful and accommodating. he helped us with our chains on the car, gave us some good recommendations for dinner and was always very polite and happy to chat and assist us on our stay.

there were a lot of passive aggressive notes and rules posted all over the property and rooms. as well as before arriving to the property several emails were received outlining the same rules. this is a luxury property not a student hostel and guest pay for this, we don't need to be reminded of rules with ugly passive aggressive signs plastered everywhere, its bad taste and takes from the experience.

We booked last minute the room number 7, with a view to Mont Blanc. The staff was amazing, they greeted us in less than an hour despite being quite late in the evening (20:00). Fabien, from the concierge, was extremely friendly. He helped us with amazing suggestions on places to eat and hikes worth doing on a short 2 day stay in Chamonix. Our stay was amazing. We had a superb view of Mont Blanc and the glacier from our balcony. The beds were comfortable and the place was spacious enough even for 6 adults.

The hotel unit was a perfect fit for our family of 4 (2 teenagers). We had the loft above where the kids slept and a queen in a separate room. The facility was updated and kept very clean. The concierge was extremely helpful and promptly responded to any request. The location was perfect. We walked everywhere with ease or took the ski bus. Every morning, we made breakfast in our room, headed out to ski then hit the spa at the hotel after. We would definitely stay here again.

The spa is a real treat! It’s really nice to have that after skiing. Location is just a 5 min walk into town. Clean place and would stay there again.

There are so many notices and directions and rules. But, they become confusing and you’re not given the right things to follow the rules. Stovetop is difficult to work Not enough silverware, no corkscrew Not enough coffee A flat for 4 people but set up for 2 Not enough towels given no towels in the spa No oven TV is broken Lots of rules and signs around but lacking in means to carry them out. The shouty and irritable nature of the notices just give a weird a vibe.

Amazing and genuine welcome from the host, lovely modern and stylish apartment with a view on My Blanc, the spa looked great (not used), very good bedding, 10 min walk max to Chamonix center, and... a parking! and with no extra cost! (an almost impossible feature in most place in Chamonix). We were allowed to leave our car even after checkout which allowed us to explore hasslefree (and costfree) for the rest of the day. The host goes out his way to make you happy

Maybe a slightly better equipped kitchen: more wine glasses, more cuttlery/dishes. But really, not much negative to say

Good location. Friendly manager, who looked after us well and resolved issues swiftly!

No footpath to the property, so you had to walk on the road. Some drivers are very rude and passed very close, this was dangerous especially when you have kids. Some of the patrons could not grasp the concept of parking in their designated car parking spot - which led to confusion and frustration for the rest of us.

the staff were very helpful and always pleasant especially fabien. rooms were clean. the room had a small kitchen. spa was small but nice after a day out ski-ing.

nothing. the only thing i would point out is the building is old with no lift so people might have to think about this if they have any mobility problems.

Fabian was very helpful and friendly. The location was good, parking was fine, the apartment had everything you needed. I thought the walk into the town was fine and there wasn't much noise at night. The hot tub and sauna was a nice addition.

The only thing I can think of is that there was a coffee machine in the room but no coffee pods provided which would have been nice.

Thank you Fabien & Adrien for the wonderful stay and your great hospitality! Room was very comfortable and we felt like home. Staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel is only 10 min walk to the town centre, and 5 min walk from the bus stop to the ski pistes, while having a great view of the mountain peak from our balcony. Plus, we got to relax at the sauna room at the end of each day. Cannot recommend this hotel enough.

We loved this place, the location is just perfect and Fabien was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He is just a happy chap and super helpful with whatever we needed. The hotel is clean and well maintained, we will definitely come back as soon as we can. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!!
