We were upgraded to a Superior Room - which was Room 7. It was a lovely spacious room with what we would consider a 'King " size bed which was super comfortable. The windows gave an unparalleled view of Mt Blanc. We must have staying the the Chamonix Valley 20 times - staying from Les Houches, the main town and up to Le Praz in probably 15 different hotels over the years. This was the most spacious room we have had - with a desk and an armchairs and loads of rooms for your bags. It depends on the time of year as to the rates you will pay - but we were super happy with what we had as it was priced lower than nearly every other hotel at the time, and will always see if they have a room available next visit to the Chamonix Valley. It was great.

We a family of four, had a fantastic stay at Hotel Les Lanchers! The location is perfect – just a short walk to the Les Praz gondola, which made getting to the slopes incredibly convenient. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our visit, always ready to assist with any request. One standout service was their offer to collect our lift passes. I highly recommend taking advantage of this – they returned with our 4-day ski passes faster than I could finish a pint! It was seamless and saved us a lot of hassle at no additional charge. Overall, the hotel combines great service with convenience, making it an excellent choice for a skiing trip. I’ll definitely be returning!

We stayed on New Year’s Eve, I young American girl was bashing on the door opposite asking for her girlfriend to come out as their 7am taxi was leaving in 20mins that compounded by their 4am drunkenly return wasn’t ideal and not respectful of others. Other than that nothing.

Good location of Hotel to ski area. The view of my room is facing the mountains. It is excellent.

The shuttle bus service. Not frequent, have to wait half an hour.

Staff was amazing and helpful. Great location for accessing the gondola and busses into CHAMONIX and other directions.

The hotel was far too noisy. I stayed in a room on a first floor and you could hear all conversations from your neighbours next door or upstairs. The room was facing the man road and it was literally next to a bus stop (across the road) hence far too noisy with traffic particularly in the morning.

There was no gluten free options for breakfast and the bed was made from two beds with little gap between

I loved the location

The price was a bit high but it was the holiday weekend so I get it.

Spacious and well-equipped room in quiet location (bar across the road turned off the music at 10pm on the dot, as they are no doubt obliged to do) - ultra-modern bathroom - stunning view of Mt Blanc on one side and Aiguille Verte on the other - ample breakfast in pleasant breakfast room - friendly lady at reception who was very efficient in making and communicating arrangements for picking up the key after reception had closed (I arrived later in the evening).

The "double bed" was actually two single beds pushed together, just joined by double-size bedding - not as comfy as a genuine double bed. The restaurant was closed since the summer season was over (though this was clearly communicated on Booking.com) and dinner options in the immediate area (a few km from the centre of Chamonix) were limited. And some tea/coffee making facilities would have been nice ...

Clean room with nice view

Staff are nice and friendly. Bus service into Chamonix outside the door and the rail station close by too. Alternatively, 20 minute walk by the riverside path takes you into the Centre of Chamonix. Free Car park adjacent to hotel Dinner menu restricted but good food.- pizza night on a Wednesday. Room size is good large comfortable bed. Great view of mountains from the dining room. Good selection of draught beers in the bar.

We stayed in a delux double room which had a duel aspect and large terrace. Fantastic views of Mount Blanc. The room was spacious and comfortable. Good bathroom with a modern shower. The hotel is located opposite the bus stop for Chamonix which is a free ( hotel provides a guest card) 5 minute ride. There is a free car park literally beside the hotel but it is popular. We paid 10 euros for parking reserved for the hotel… beware only 2 places so prebook. We ate in the restaurant which had an adequate menu and enjoyed the meal.

Nothing to dislike but as an observation the bar down the road was far more popular than the hotel bar which is missing a trick. There is no air conditioning in the bedroom that we could find
